I would remove dbol, 20’mg pre will do very little and probably do more harm than good.

You guys using NPP or Deca? Volume with NPP would be high, but i hate the lag and build up with Deca. Seems like you’re just getting more and more drug over the weeks.
For me npp always much better to control

Before this set-up, I only used insulin on training days (4 Meal pre + 7 Meal Post + 4 Meal postpost)
How do you see this usage scenario even on recovery days?I don’t
I would only use insulin pre and potentially post workout bud no need for other times
