No ped is ever going to be totally safe for any user especially female.
So it all depends
50 mg won’t make much damage
I still prefer anavar and primo over npp.
Some people may disagree but 8 years of coaching women on enhanced level I have seen npp and decca do far more damage than anavar or primo ever has so il stick to what I know causes less sides

Hey guys so yesterday I was totally smashed, 2 days rest in order legs tomorrow rest again and we re asses.

Always away from training, a little bit of cardio won’t hurt all depends on circumstances and situation such as your daily overall expenditure/ lifestyle
At times I believe lack of activity actually has a negative effect on recovery.

I think you need medical help here bud, how you approach it is down to you. If telling them would jeopardise insurances etc I would maybe keep it to your self.

Build up continues, almost hitting 7 plates on the incline Atlantis in 10 days time I am confident I will hit it.
Really making sure my tempo stays tight, execution is absolute key when it comes to making progress.
