No not at all, my sessions range from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. I wouldn’t worry about timing what dictates if it is too much or not is are you still making progress or not ?

I like test and primo for a cruise although with that dose I would favour simple 150 test Monday 150 thrusday job done

230.2 this morning, I feel better and better each day, mental clarity is back and I feel super excited to train. Rest day today and I cannot wait to hit pull tomorrow.
Checking in daily for now with @stefan he is happy with this mornings look so he has sent a diet change to keep me ticking over.

My legs have literally doubled
Leg 1
Nytram standing calf raise
so 3 sets 10-12
first set 2 second peak contraction , next set up the weight a little and then no peak contraction , up the weight a tiny bit more final set 5 seconds in the stretch each rep
Prime lying curl
Short setting , 1 x 6-10 – 2 count in the squeeze
Medium serving , no stretch , no squeeze , 1 x 6-10
Lengthened setting , 2 count in the lengthened , no squeezeAdductor –
1 x 8-12 , 2 second squeeze
1 x 12-15 , no squeeze , 2 seconds in the stretchLeg extension
all on the bottom peg + banded too – make the lockout absolutely insane , 2 second squeeze at the top of each rep 1 x 7-10Second set , much lighter band , and load the middle peg – no squeeze
Final set – no bands , all on the top peg , no squeeze but spend 1 seconds just in the stretch , then drive up
Hack
Set 1 – 3 second count in the hole , this will be insanely hard 1 x 6-10
Set 2 – 1 second count in the hole , 1 x 6-10
Set 3 – no pause , just in and out 1 x 6-10
Hyper – elevate the bench so
You can hold dumbellsSet 1 – 2 seconds squeeze at the top , nail the glute , no time in the stretch
Set 2 – don’t worry about getting it fully short or squeezing , but 2 seconds in the stretch each rep , drop dumbbell and keep going to failure again , no stretch neeeded
Prime bicep curl
Short setting , 1 x 6-10 – 2 count in the squeeze
Medium serving , no stretch , no squeeze , 1 x 6-10

Good morning guys, 2 days post show check in today and I am sitting at 228.2 3 lbs up post show.
Body is in a very good place last 2 night sleep has been absolutely amazing.
5 full days off gym and I am READY to rock.
Yesterday the offseason has officially started full day of treatments first with jay then with Jason from
Regen some shockwave therapy.Today is the first day back in gym and we are hitting legs…. I am super excited ? the training jordan has set out is immense.
This is an ideal opportunity to reset all my lifts end start from scratch with perfect execution.
