Or just over time have you ate that meal so many times you have a decent estimate of how many cals are in the portion? Love the consistent content, thanks.

    Hey my man, it’s my usual I have it throughout offseason so I know roughly how to approach it and know how much to eat to get what I need. Roughly one big piece if you use it 10g carb haha

    When you do standing cuffed laterals, you change the place of the cable? I mean is the cable always in front or do you sometimes switch to behind your back?

    Never behind you, doing any lateral movement behind you takes away from tension you will actually apply on medial delt. It’s probably the worst movement you can do yet so many people still do it very popular in Poland haha

    Always slightly infornt with no shoulder retraction allowing your arm to sit 45 degree angle forwards.

    Its is psychosomatic anxiety unrelated to the action of testosterone. You may have anxiety issues, which certainly leads to finger pointing a cause, but it isn’t testosterone, or very unlikely. What is you stimulant intake like ? Coffee/preworkouts ?

    Back session today- matched numbers on every lift but top set of deadlift went down to 290kg as warm ups felt very heavy. 10 days left on pct and today was first session where stuff felt very heavy. Also photo of back after training, look pretty similar to end of cycle just bit softer and muscle isn’t as full/vascular

    How long have you been off for ? When did you start pct after last injection ?

    I pinned hcg 1 week after last shot of test, was on that for around 3 weeks, started clomid and tamoxifen on Monday for 2 weeks, will work out 6 weeks being off gear[/quote]
    Test actually takes 5 weeks to be totally out so really you will only actually be off for 1 week. If your going to pct I suggest you pct properly bud and follow a protocol dr dean has on his Instagram. Doing it this way you are doing far more harm than good bud.

    Text prop will have been around 2.5 weeks bud to fully go off, if your going to come off don’t taper off… healthier option here would have been to actually run trt or cruise.
    Less hormone imbalance, If you are to come off you gotta do it and stay off until it’s back at full range or it makes very little sense from a health perspective

    Got hcg wrong there, protocol I done was 5000iu hcg, 5days later 2500iu hcg, 5days later 2500iu hcg, 5days later 1000iu hcg, 3days later 1000iu hcg 3days later 1000iu hcg till I finished it 15000iu hcg in total, sorry if this dosent make sense[/quote]
    This won’t have done anything while test is still in your system bud

    You don’t need any ai on such a low dose of test you are just getting flat ai will not lower body fat you are still holding

    Lower your training frequency for sure 6 days a week must be killing you unless your just doing w bro split
