    Worlds coming to an end, gyms are closing and this situation is devastating for us all.

    Government will force many business to close for good, I can see a huge recession coming very soon.

    Legs plus RDL
    Off

    I wouldn’t lower back load again in pull if you want to rdl with legs

    Running the above would have you benefit of maybe hitting rdl with pull ?

    I favour that approach tbh

    Another days rest complete, crazy day trying to organise some supplies for the gym is near to impossible

    Managed to drop on butchers so bought my meat for the month just Incase we have further issues.

    Let’s see how it all goes.

    Leg day at the Mecca

    My right Glute felt tight so had to skip leg press today it got me furious but better to not do it now and stay injury free than do it and let it pull.

    Safety bar squat x1
    Leg extension x5
    Lying leg curl x2
    Reverse hyper x3
    Adductor x2
    Abs x2
    Calf x3

    If my Glute wasn’t pathetic it would have been a very strong session

    Solid days rest yesterday apologies for late update guys my day was pretty smashed

    Had he’ll of a lot of work to complete fast with tons of clients who are unable to get to a gym due to the laws in their countries so we had to make some new plans for them including some diet changes as they had to cut their contest prep short.

    Terrible times right now and I truly feel for anyone who is unable to train.

    Also took a delivery of an incline chest press at ultraflex gym rotherham so happy days

    At home there is nothing much that will really benefit you may get a nice pump but that’s about it

    Even it’s just a pump, it’s still a signal for the body to maintain more muscle than it would otherwise do. So definitely a benefit in doing so. All gyms in Belgium are closed for 4 or 6 weeks, or even longer. Completely “resting” as people would call it, would only make things worse.[/quote]
    If the gym is closed for a week or even two rest totally you won’t lose any muscle of it’s longer yes a pump is good although believe me for advanced trainers it won’t do much at all

    Hey bud

    Depends on how your upper body workouts look

    I would incorporate rdl into lower body programming one session then the other into your upper

    So if your lower back loading on upper day then the lower you wouldn’t if it makes sense ?

    Do you have anything set up already ? We can see

    Away from training if you are introducing it to start add a little on training day only fasted then add more days as if needed
