Aim for pushing your performance not body weight as such body weight will increase through food and Strenght. I made silly mistakes obsessive over bodyweight in past it can totally fuck your offseason.
Way I like to roll is
Performance First then the look in mirror finally it’s Then bodyweight as a guide of progress man.

It would be interesting to hear how your training and approach to diet has evolved from the early years (ie around first few contests), to current (ie pro debut).
It is always useful to know what built the foundation along with what you do now. Plus it sounds like you always had a meticulous approach, so the evolution of your approach/system would be useful. Ie what is the same, what is different and why etcHey drew
Diet has always been pretty tight and since 2016 it’s been the same approach for diet.
Training has really started picking up from 2017 since I started with Jordan I believe that’s when I almost started unlocking my true potential.
In my early years up until 2017 training was all about going balls in and going until I’m on floor, right now we are smart precise and everything is calculated. I honestly believe if I started with this approach in 2014 when I was competing as a junior I would have been pro by 23 and now pretty competitive in ranks but it’s all a big learning curve so I’m happy either way.

hello kuba, what do you think of the brand myogen for sus250 going to start cycle shortly 1shot a week as I’m new to the enhanced part! also been given shit advice before so how much tamoxifen would you suggest taking for 1shot a week and potentially in the future 2shots but not until I maximize my gains first which as you know could be a long while, loving the videos on YouTube as well keep them coming!! thankyou mate!

Lower for set 1
Higher for set 2 general rule of thumbIf a bodypart is sore or you have tendon issues work higher rep range first then the heavy

Incline cuffed fly x3

hi kuba, whats the idea behind these single set rest pause sets on certain body parts/exercises ?
i understand what a rest pause set is but what makes you chose a single rest pause set on 1 exercise ?I mainly go off feel but they are staying in in my programming… unceasing intensity where it’s suitable mostly really that’s my method for it again it’s all run by Jordan and it’s something he has thought me along with many teachings

By doing a rest pause set we are adding extra intensity not volume by extending that given set. If we added more sets it would be adding extra volume.Intesifiers like rest pause sets can royally fuck you so add them in where it’s suitable my man.
