    Depends on your set up. They can add value or they can be counter productive

    All depends really on how you’ve programmed things in your plan.

    If you can recover from them and use them them efficiently ( to a benefit ) get them in 🙂

    Just remember it’s not always about killing each other off…. effort combined with precision is key and precision has to include recovery

    Some thoughts for this evening.

    Feel great mentally and physically moving forward I know it sounds a little silly but I’m really happy living in my bubble.

    Life pretty much revolves around doing the daily do cardio food rest client work, gym work and bodybuilding

    I’m really happy and content doing so and I feel like things are in place better than ever right now to keep stringing something together that may be ok by the end of 2020.

    This one really was a blast and it felt great….. no knee pain everything were smooth and pbs’ taken.

    Check in with Jordan this morning 245 lbs on dot…. condition is best it’s been by a country mile at this point. More food again
    Jordan has been making very very small increments when needed so we have been super super patient with the set up.
    Right now appetite is awesome and I feel great so all systems go. Some check in pics from this morning attached guys.
    One thing Jordan has drilled into me now is patience and not emotionally getting attached to process… so far we have things perfect.

    I like extra salt pre and post it makes sense ratio doesn’t matter at all I like to make sure I had a lot of salt and water pre intra and post makes a lot of difference bud. Hydration and salt is very important

    Do your back off set first and then loading set

    Doing higher rep set first will protect knees

    Also order some kwan lang oil and put it on before you train it’s amazing
