I wouldn’t aim for a calorie loss I would aim to look at duration
Calorie counting from cardio won’t ever be accurate.
300 calories isn’t much in offseason I wouldn’t use that to prevent fat gain I’d just eat less it will he more detrimental to your recovery doing cardio post workout so it makes very little sense

Eat more of what your already eating.
If your having a refeed it’s not digesting it makes no sense to do so as you won’t get any benefit from this
Also do you need a cheat ?Off season and cheat meal…I did not understand yet! I had before a cheat meal and I had a really conservative approach ???? mentally I don’t like “cheat” meal…or free meal..
I ate more of same staff AHH rice and salmon or steak counting calories…I know!
It is not the same having more calories/carbs in your diet dispatched weekly ?..I’m talking in off season…so already in surplus! Maybe don’t work for me because anyway I don’t crave junk or something naughty!
You can enjoy social life eating good stuff too! If you need for this purpose!

No such thing as cheatmeal in offseasonAs soon as you start looking at food in that manner… your already creating issues for your self….
In offseason structure those meals in with your meals so it’s not a meal off or a cheat it’s part of your meal

Solid days rest, got tons of work done at the gym and had meeting with the staff and management for more planning and overall check on how things are doing all is great so happy days.

I would look at someone who already works with pro boxers for sure ….. don’t opt for someone who is working with anything other than athletes that need strength and athleticism
