    Little lay in today we did got back pretty late so I think it was needed, woke up at 10 did a little work M1 in now I’m off to kings to do a little cardio before we head into London.

    It’s rest today so I’m hitting my rest day food with a slight set up change.

    M1 was whey and omlette

    Then I will have steak

    Followed by salmon meal with spinach

    Then some tuna and salmon sashimi with spinach

    Cream of rice/oats while we are in the theatre and for my last meal we will hit up sticks and sushi 🙂

    30 mins at least to have any stim or caffeine… it will interact with absorption of t3 if you have it nearer.
    Splitting dose am pm makes 0 sense.
    Use in am only as t3 could potentially keep you up.

    I wouldn’t run that high bud max I would run is 50 mcg

    Dextrose is used intra workout as your body doesn’t struggle digesting it vs any other carb powder such as vitargo which will sit in your stomach and put more pressure on resulting in worse performance and limited blood flow to the muscle as your gut will take some blood flow to aid digestion

    Today’s session

    Lying leg curl x2
    Squat machine x2
    Precor leg press x1
    Single leg press x1
    Leg ext x1
    Lying leg curl dumbell x2
    Dumbell rdl x1
    Adductor x1
    Calf raise x2

    Volume wise dropped 1 set on the leg press rest was as normal.

    Next session il be back with vengeance

    First leg day back in almost two weeks it felt so so good to be back, almost 100% although I’m
    Not quite there just yet energy wise regardless took pb on the pendulum squat machine with 10p per side on… for 8 so I think I beat Nath de asha on that haha

    Really looking forward to turning things up a notch

    Slight cycle change tren is out and npp is in… appetite and digestion started to suffer so it was needed

    I normally use 10g with my intra and another 10g am fasted along with 10g with some heavy red meat meals
