    It’s irrelevant how strong you are to an extent, what’s important is how much tension you can put through that muscle… the bigger the muscle the more tension needed = heavier weight in most cases.

    We could all probably get away with training a touch lighter in some cases but again…. look at the guys with the most dense thick muscle… they are always the strongest and immaculate with how they lift.

    Lat 10’days our from last comp…. my whole side swelled up and held about 4 lbs water…… my whole left side watered over abs and everything…. it was the most painful thing ever must have hit a nerve I felt like I got

    I would reduce cardio slightly but I wouldn’t reduce calories you need them for recovery buddy. Unless your hitting a mini cut I would leave calories at maintenance or slightly above.

    Main thing is digestion all the above just sit there in my stomach only thing I can tolerate with ease is a good quality cyclic dextrose and if you try differnt brands you’ll see what I mean by quality… compare sustain for example to standard other brand carbs and you’ll know by digestion alone

    I would run 16 weeks and do 12.5 mg Aromasin x 2 per week on that dose

    25 mg proviron am would be perfect

    I personally wouldn’t for that reason, metformin literally does the same as a strong gda would for example insure.

    Lantus on other hand does the job much better

    Long acting slin has been found to have many benefits vs metformin…. I will find a podcast I listened to for you where it is explained in detail how lantus actually helps especially when carb install is high!

    Solid days rest much much needed, not much movement done today apart from a little walking and my morning cardio. Il be ready for legs tomorrow for sure

    Your output is real high, extra calories needed for sure. Don’t focus on chasing scales gage performance as key factor when looking to grow…. putting weight on for the sake of it means nothing and will not benefit you

    No it doesn’t as long as Strenght is on the up then it’s not an issue, gaining weight alone isn’t everything
