I wouldn’t go off my fitness pal, for rest days I would Lower by around 800 compare to training day mainly taking those away from carbs

Imo you can over eat, it will see your BG high in result you will get fat and won’t digest or utilise the nutrients properly it’s a fine like when in surplus but imo it isn’t much of a surplus you need to grow at all

Your output is real high, extra calories needed for sure. Don’t focus on chasing scales gage performance as key factor when looking to grow…. putting weight on for the sake of it means nothing and will not benefit you

Very good pull session surprisingly pretty strong pulled 220 for comfy 6 then 200 for comfy 9 it’s ok to say my deadlift is piss poor.
Session went as follows
Deadlift x2
Chest supported tbar x2
Dy row s/a x2
Close grip assisted pull up x2
Nautilous pulldown x1
Rear delt pull x3
Machine shrug x2
Prime curl x3Solid session felt great… pretty wrote off now!

What is your current life like outside of bodybuilding ? Personally I feel like those sides do come on if something triggers them

First day back in gym it felt so good, I was still a little tired but got a good session in and Strenght wasn’t really down so I’m very happy. Need a solid week of training in books then I will be back to my normal happy body ????

Update guys
Some weight back on today I was up to you 108 this morning so it’s come back a touch.
I won’t be back to full weight tomorrow but I will be trainjng so hopefully it won’t go pathetic.
Very excited to train although my energy is still pretty shit.
Can’t bare doing nothing any longer so it’s GAME TIME
