Update guys
So we are now back home food has gone in fine yesterday woke up today after 10’hours sleep pretty hungry so big breakfast in and I’m going to eat up for the day
I was 5 kg day upon he return from hospital.
No training till Monday so today and tomorrow we just rest and eat.
Cardio steps training resumes Monday and we pick up where we left off.
I’m looking at this as a positive.
10 weeks run I had 0 time off or rest so I’m using it as a forced rest.
It is what it is not ideal but I won’t let it get me down il just keep fucking going

2 days in hospital literally to wait to pass and go toilet. Can officially say nhs are useless.

So another day unable to eat finally hit the bullet and went to the hospital, first time round pretty much got fobbed off went home tried to eat again stomach flared up so went back in in the evening finally they are actually looking into it now.
Really wish I went private now.

Second day absolutely ruined. 9lbs down so far from lack of food mainly. Still not ate anything and it’s 4 pm so I’m hoping I can start eating now without any issues eat up and hopefully all should be ok for tomorrow.
What do you think is causing the stomach cramps mate, bug? hope it clears up soon mate.

Pretty much spent the whole day in her sleeping only had 2 shakes stomach still feels really off. Not in much pain now but tons of discomfort so I’m going to fast it out and hopefully resume to normal tomorrow

Busy rest day finished with huge stomach cramps and pain in left hand side unable to eat anything literally spent my evening curled up in a ball in agony
