    270, dropped a ton of water with higher food feeling bigger

    Lower session solid but my quads are not recovering well enough even with 3 sets of hack single leg press and leg ext , so will spread your volume and frequency – back to PPL with shift potentially into PPL / UL /

    This gives me best of both worlds

    Only way I could recover fromUL would be train 4 days. Per week or lower volume more , neither is of my preference tbh

    I prefer to have stimulus high, I will do a longer video about this

    Symptoms can play a role for sure, first I’d likely just do t4 alone.

    Check your blood work and if your t3 is high or in range you don’t need it extra imo

    I use t3/4 year round and my levels stay within range, plenty of benefits around it imo

    Key is not using it for fat loss, t3/4 is NOT a fat loss tool, that’s where most end up losing tissue.

    Very interesting. What would force someone to remove T3 in the off season due to changes in carbs in bodyweight?

    Blood work – check thyroid function, it will up regulate as carbs and bodyweight comes up so you may need lower dose

    In my head a lot about a few things so I just need to work , that’s the best remedy.

    2 single arm pull down
    1 incline smith
    1 flat press
    2 single arm row
    2 cable fly
    3 row
    3 lateral

    My dad got put on trizepitade from docs, couldn’t eat and couldn’t shit for a week

    Granted they went in with high dose lol

    I have him using Reta from profroma – appetite suppression ain’t anywhere near same to triz

    I prefer combo – that’s generally how endo prescribes it starting with t4 only first

    I notice solo you need more t3 to keep it in range, just my preference and what I feel works best

    In offseason your thyroid conversion May be diff so check bloods and adjust dosing accordingly

    Some need to remove t3 as carbs & bodyweight gets higher

    This is why I strongly recommend not pulling it post show if used

    Hello Kuba, thank you for all the value you give in all the platforms, it’s much appreciated! Hope you are doing well.

    My question, how many hours before sleep would you cut caffeine and also do you think a decaf coffee can still have a major impact in sleep if consumed a bit later in the day?

    I personally have my last hit of caffeine 8 hours before I go to sleep, your ability to clear coffee will vary person to person

    Some people can clear it fast ( I know I can as I do all drugs ) others it can linger and cause issues.

    Rule of thumb

    6 hours away from bed is good

    8 is likely better

    Decaff still has small trace amounts of caffeine but also taste of coffee alone can drive some alertness as your body is custom to it
