    I’d do same session , 3 x if you are low volume and can recover 2 if higher volume and worse recovery

    Why AP split ?

    Can you give me a logical answer for thought process on running it

    1 rep down on back offsets on press work but improved quality a lot so I’m not concerned this is also 5 week off cycle and dieting , next week il regain them.

  • Lower the dose , in most cases this solves the issue of poor sleep

    This is extremely individual some people just tolerate it well others don’t

    If you can’t sleep or sleep quality is poor tren doesn’t give you the benefit you look for.

    Then you just don’t use it or use a lower dose

    263 today, little more water as I spent longer in Sauna yesterday, great sleep overall and feeling good

    I’d start with Gh higher straight away if you can tolerate you’ll gain on less anabolics if you have a good response

    Npp at the end of push can help IF you are not prone to sides , you are so

    Id still lean into more test personally especially with more Gh.

    You don’t need npp or decca

    E2 low doesn’t mean your estrogen is low as a whole as e1 may be higher

    Test high
    Lower Eq at 300 max
    Then mast or primo if you have it be best

    800 test 700 mast 700 primo super simple for me then I may bump up test from here.

    Potentially 12 weeks out if I am ready on time without rushing.

    I have held my tissue easily in 600 mg total, going to this will see me recomp a lot in this phase as training hasn’t dipped at all.

    If you are only running 300
    Mg test I would recommend starting with 100
    Mg weekly

    You will notice a difference with this imo
