50fStomach empty digestion is perfect and fullness today after 3 meals was epic, exactly why pro needs to be lowered when carbs come up, training performance sky rocketed too today so I am buzzing.

I was binge watching your YouTube, came across your upper lower video and saw you said you can buy your upper lower program
I had a question
I train at home so I’m limited on equipment
I have a smith machine and cable station in 1
DB going to 100lbs and a free weight t bar row attachment
I do have like 800-1000lbs worth of plates
Would it be possible to run your upper lower with this kind of set up ?

Hi Kuba, why do you use a combination of salt and lo salt? Is it for the added potassium? Do you recommend a 50:50 split salt:lo salt or is it too person dependant to give recommendation? Love all of the content lately!! Keeping me entertained during my morning steps!! Thanks

Hey Kuba, few questions in regards in what you aim for when shifting clients into a diet phase
1. Are you still basing your direct protein from LBM at around 2.5-3g per kg? or opting more for a total protein but ensuring majority comes from Direct – if your still using direct protein from LBM and a client is carrying a higher level of body fat 20+% would you not worry too much if total protein is below/very close to lowest recommended intake?
2. What are you aiming for in regards to fruit and veggie intake in clients? what’s the lowest you recommended for these to be both in a diet phase and surplus?

All bodybuilders will be based of LBM, if you aren’t lean you aren’t really a bodybuilder
My protein recommendations sit at 1/1.5 pound per lb 1.5 being high towards 1 when higher carb as carbs are protein sparing or I have an athlete with gut issues
Fruit and veg intake around 300/600g of each per day I don’t go below 300g of each for clients ever the rest again varies a lot person to person

247.6 this morning, looked a lot leaner again this morning, sleep taking a slight hit but I think I am around 7 ish lbs of being where I need to be that’s not accounting for orals coming into play now too!

Mast imo bud, you will get more out of it arguably over that duration and little less lipid skewing.
use anavar if you want something quicker to manage training performance for last 2/3 weeks, it will improve the look slightly in that last stretch

Hi Kuba, on the latest ThinkBigBodybuilding U mentioned taking 60mg of melatonin. I see most brands carry 10mg max, so do U take 6tabs? Or there are brands that carry higher dosage?
