@kevinmeagher55 it depends, you don’t have to make the blast longer. What you have to remember if your out of shape your current blast won’t be as effective.

Kuba, so you are just ending a mini cut phase and now going to grow right?
How long has this blast been?I’m tempted to throw in a mini cut very soon but I know that’ll just make my blast even longer.
We are 8 weeks into the blast complete. This is the beginning of week 9 right now.
My mini cut lasted 3 weeks buddy. A LOT of body fat came off in that time so I’m very pleased.
This morning I was 109 and my body composition actually looks better.

Won’t touch trest again it shot my estrogen way too high which resulted in me running more aromasin then once I came off… I bottomed out my estrogen so my joints are sore and I feel flat….. too hard to control tbh.

Revisited execution form was as pretty much immaculate, back is absolutely toast! So plan is to build from here.
4th day no AI and I feel so much better not quite there yet but it’s coming today I felt much fuller and stronger so we are almost there.

Have used trest before n was a big fan just estro was hard to manage n was during a prep

Dhb don’t rate it, I look so much better on primo…. Strenght wise no noticeable increase either.
I think I favour a strong mix of test eq with npp/tren/primo that’s a perfect mix for me I can control my estrogen well and I feel good on it.
I would stick to the basics mate!

Imo reefed is needed when performance dips and when you start getting too flat 🙂 or drop too quick.
If any of above is fine you don’t warrant extra food
