    Stick with oats for prep buddy. Ground rice is the one for offseason digests easily and can make it small volume wise… I can cook 80g oats to 500 g with all extra water Cooked slow on a hob

    Hi Kuba,

    Sorry if you’ve already covered this, but what rep range are you using for the third sets where you’ve got x3 listed, and what were the reasons for adding a third set on those excercises? (unless you’re talking about a rest pause set with x3 failure points, in which case ignore me!)

    6-8 set 1 10/12set 2 15+ set 3 🙂

    Solid push ticked off, Strenght isn’t flying just yet but numbers are rising daily and things are feeling lighter and lighter the session we hit was chest dominant.

    Low inc dumbell x3
    High inc smith x2
    Dips x2
    Incline cable flyx3
    Cable crucifix lateral x2
    Prime single arm delt x2
    Rope front raise x2
    Prime attachment dual rope pushdown x3

    Finished with some stretching…

    Things are moving well in grove now so it’s exciting.

    I’d personally hold off PPL for a bit and put it back in the tool box for later.

    For your experience I don’t know if you’ve maximised full body splits , after which you’d move to upper/lower splits & eventually it’ll be a few years and you’d easily have put on another 30lbs of tissue as you now approach PPL.

    Followed by an hour with my tattooist… back to gym for a few hours and I went to the swimming pool to do some diving with @megansylvester obviously I won… 10/10 from 3 metre board she did the 5 but was disqualified… when I went to jump of 5 the shut the pool soooo…

    Solid productive and fun day!

    Very ready to get back in gym tomorrow

    What’s your thoughts on the linear hack mate. I use ours at our gym as i feel I can really drive through with my legs rather than my lower back. I use it for hacks but I also do split squats on it aswell [/quote]

    I love split squat on that its perfect.

    I have to use it with a pad on Lowe back for it to hit the spot of me

    Check my latest leg video skip to part when I’m doing the pendulum… the foam roller will help you on there IMO although Cybex is harsh on knees anyway as it’s almost upright with its angle.

    Not sure what you’d start from if your working up to 10 mg…. 10 mg is low and safe to start less than 10 mg would be pretty pointless.

    We never run it longer than 8 weeks so it wouldn’t have any effect on any lipids or enzymes whatsoever at that dose even if we ran it for months and months.

    5 mg wouldn’t yield much.’if she’s taking a step to use PEDS 5 mg of anavar would be pretty much a waste of time imo.
