    Warm up doing the movement, don’t do a different movement to warm up for another movement it makes no sense. 1st excercise if I’m pressing it’s generally 3/4 sets for me

    Set 4 1

    First restt day where I woke up pretty tired, tomorrow we have legs last solid session before a well earned and needed break!

    On the upside digestion and appetite is up so can’t really complain. Things will be great once we have a few days off and relax!

    Moving house today so pretty stressful busy morning which resulted in a pretty mediocre pull session so I won’t even add my log. Pretty pissed off with it but it’s life. Managed to move everything today so we are set, to be fair megs done the hard bits so I’m lucky I had her help and our parents and friends .

    Weight was down a touch this morning too, pump was ok however body is giving every sign of much needed rest and break. So looking forward to legs Tuesday and then a week off totally from gym and a holiday with @megansylvester

    It’s pretty simple

    You reduce volume to bare minimum and intensity to around 70/80% effort.

    This will bring you out of hole of being tired.

    Absolutely no need to take time off completely in 80% of cases.

    Awesome day with some of the team at a meet and greet in ultimate fitness4you Leeds followed by a big push session with Jamie and jimmy! Although I haven’t slept properly performance was real good tonight and progressed slightly on some movements so I’m very happy! I can definitely feel it’s caught up with me this evening I’m absolutely knackered!

    Now I remember why I never eat Indian food… even the most basic meal I had and I’m currently 40 minutes deep on the old throne ????this is what I can only imagine is what labour is like

    Another days rest! Body feeling okay legs are pretty much trashed but not too dead so I think with lower volume I can hit another successful session Tuesday! I’m pretty anxious for it already as we have some big numbers to match! Weight down a touch after legs but tonight we are having a meal out so should come back up a touch for tomorrow’s push session.

    Aside from adding loveheart, haylcon and curecumin by TBJP line nothing

    I have loveheart x2 per day along with liver stack x2 per day plus heart stack from supp needs x1 per day

    Haylcon post workout and pm

    Joint in am curecumin am also with rest of my supplements. These are my staple tho. Rest are as of when needed depending on blood work
