I personally wouldn’t do anything. It’s highly unlike you’ll lose muscle. Just make sure you do eat! Take whey and oats and just nail shakes every few hours if the food available is no good. Never an excuse bud.

Another awesome day, pretty much spent our whole day on the beach and in the pool! Had a massage at the hotel too but it wasn’t up to standard! Finished night of with food at STK it was UNREAL! @jimmytonk picked well!

Whole purpose of this holiday is not to worry about anything in terms of food timing or how much I eat, I went out first two nights too to see my favourite dj’s I haven’t really done anything like that in last 18 months so I enjoyed it and it’s out of my system I’m ready to get back home into perfect routine with my mind fresh and ready to go IN for the next 6 month. No tracking macros il eat when I want and what I want…. by what I want it isn’t garbage it’s sushi or pasta dishes and restaurant meals and plenty of protein bars.
At this point in my offseason I need a break to freshen up and mentally rest, any other time I would have got an apartment with kitchen and wouldn’t miss a beat.

I don’t want to bore you with a long ass life story but your take on something would be interesting,
Ive qualified for finals come October within mens physique (I know I know… sorry!) however many have said I suit bodybuilding much more, I pose better for that class as I appreciate the displaying more etc and I plan to do finals in October then take whatever time is needed to move into bodybuilding – ideally classic but we shall see!
ANYWAY! – I have always trained for the last 4-5 years on a ‘bro split’ but always mixed a little shoulders and chest as push sessions as they were lagging for a couple of years to up frequency. As I try to put the size on would you recommend going into a PPL? I know its foundational basics but having never really done it after 5/6 years of training id be interested in your take on whether I’ve almost missed the boat on taking advantage of that sort of programming?
I know youre on PPL from post above and presume you’ve done various splits over the years!

Send me some pictures over so I can see your current shape and I can advise from there on, the progress you have made in last 4-5 year you could have probably done in 2/3 following a ppl leg split. That split is the most efficient and effective if programmed properly if your looking to grow as much as possible. I have done this split since 2015… proper fashion and programmed properly with help of @jordanpeters from 2018. I won’t be doing a bro split or individual split for foreseeable future 1 it will bore me to death ( absolutely 0 challenge training arms on their own, I need to walk in gym and feel challenged by movements I have planned.) 2 until I have reached some sort of peak or high in my level of muscularity I won’t need anything individual in terms of split…. plus I really enjoy ppl the most.

Current split is push pull of legs off repeat
When I resume my cycle I will try up frequency to 3 on 1 off if recovery allows me to do so.

Personally I would add cardio to 6x per week and lower fats a touch

Main thing is start with the plan and see how you get on then you can manipulate it and change it as of when needed

Checked in with Jordan this am, 112kg just over 5 weeks into the cruise! Things are looking okay so I’m very excited to get back to work.

Don’t take your reps to failure if recovery isn’t great maybe keep volume sensible and don’t hit failure on everything also no forced reps or drop sets or anything that will take you past failure.
