    I’ve tried to respond with an uploaded pic but it wont for sum reason.  you cud be right but it just seems I’m eating so little compared to my appetite I get using ass and training hard. i also eat clean and see others never counting calories eating clean or training as hard and no problem but I’ll get bodyfat checked and reduce calories

    Everyone is different buddy, I get you eat clean but I used to eat clean and still put too much on bodyfat so it’s a case of good management. Testosterone is a hormone we all produce naturally not a single male can respond badly to it it’s just not possible, dm me a pic on Instagram and we can take it from there buddy. Il always be honest with you as it’s in my interest for everyone to make progress!

    I said no to insulin throughout day without gh. Use insulin pre or post without gh yes but don’t over use there is absolutely no need for you to use it any other time if gh isn’t involved.

    Hit a good productive pull session today, held onto numbers and improved form a touch again. I’m starting to feel my recovery is taking a little hit now so hopefully il be ready to hit legs Thursday. I’m most certainly due a rest, few sings of me coming to a needed deload and a rest are showing!

    Just to add at the moment GDA’s are in heavy as I believe they are essential at this point in offseason so
    Insure is in with all carb meals at the moment 2 tabs pre and post and m1 1 tap with rest of carb meals

    how close to a diet structure will you stick too in ibiza or will u just eat as an when an whatever you feel and fully enjoy the break?

    If I was in prep or peak off offseason and on a blast I would stick to it 100% I’m taking this holiday as an opportunity to relax and fully enjoy the break before my next long push! So I will he celebrating 2 birthdays mine and Megan’s ( this years and last years as I was on prep ) both of us earning our pro cards and just both enjoy our time anyway all in one as since the begging of last year we haven’t really done anything but eat train shit sleep ???? it’s time for a night of celebrations in dc10 I think @megansylvester to make up for 2 of our birthdays Christmas Easter bank holidays in one!

    Food wise il be indulging in plenty of sushi paella and il be doing a couple of shakes per day too so il stick to a good enough structure!

    I will do one days full day fasting too!

    I will eat so I don’t loose weight, previously I stayed on plan…. as I was in rebound last time I went away which was Rome with my big old bro. So I cooked and stuck to plan with a meal off at night which was steak and pasta.

    This time mate I want total chill rest and recover i will eat when I’m hungry not force feed maybe do a days fasting completely. My body needs a rest and a break before next push up. Need a good reset before I get back to it for the rest of the year. It will be nice to switch off for 4 days and it will just draw me back to work even better once I’m return

    So last couple of session have definitely felt a lot harder and heavier I’m finding that when I hit 6 reps I just feel empty so the lower drugs are starting to affect me a little but that’s where balls have to come in and have to keep up with the log book and not let it beat you. Pretty average session but I’m happy with it as had a little case of bum flu the past two days so it was ok regardless. I’m definitely ready for a break and a little holiday. Booked Ibiza 14-18th last session is 13th which is legs so will take 5 days rest while I’m away and maybe rest on the Monday 19th when I’m back and get right back to it from the 20th! I haven’t had a full week off training since 2016 ???????? this is going to be a hard one but it won’t harm and will do me good if anything il be due a Deload that week so it’s a perfect opportunity to get fresh before my next blast… I find it really hard to Deload properly, once I’m warm I just want to fuck shit up and go in so it’s never really a Deload ????

    Today’s leg session I did 3 work sets on compound rather than 4 decided to only do my back off on leg press as it was 4th movement down my recovery just wouldn’t be able to handle more at moment so we are doing what we can without digging a hole.

    I felt a little beat up after a long day on my feet running about sorting jobs out at the gym and with new house as we are moving so I didn’t feel 100% still matched reps log attached below

    kuba I’m someone who responds terrible to testosterone water retention wise. esp my face it just blows up like a water balloon and my wife says makes me look 10 years older which I agree. I see now I’m partially responsible for not using an ai long term when using test and getn bloodwork done to get it spot on which I’m now doin . but aside from that still looked terrible facially , most wud say calories even tho I’m only 500 above maintenance and from past experiences I’ve had to be in a deficit for a gud length of time to get my face back to normal .wud I be better off goin by the mirror for my offseason calories for my case ? also I’ve only done slin post wo. wud doin very small amounts over multiple meals on training days only help me utilize my carbs more ? no hgh cant afford
