Get it all off buddy then it won’t be an issue
I tend to hold most in my ass and glutes each year I hold there less and less every single time I get in shape so next time you come out of prep you won’t hold there as much promise buddy

Another session down, very very good pull session
I’ve noticed my tummy has been a little upset today a lot more bowel movements than usual hopefully it passes and I’m better tomorrow! Feel a little flat from it as don’t feel food is going down too well! Still managed to put a good workout in!
Also booked 4 nights in Ibiza with Megan today for last week of my cruise so will be nice to switch off and take a few extra days rest before I come back fresh and ready to go again 🙂

I just saw what he wrote on page 94 of his log. I just don’t understand rep ranges on FBW he posted on Ig? why they are so high on second day I mean how I am going to get stronger in 15-20 rep ranges and keep form strict and execute ?
You get stronger in that rep range don’t understand how you are saying how that’s just like saying how will you get stronger in 6-9 rep range
Goal is to get as strong as poss across all rep ranges if you want to make the most of progressive overload

So while i was on plan home i discussed with Jordan and Corinne that im not ready to give up on this quest and didn’t wanna go into off season mode but we needed to make a little adjustment to 1 of my training days to attempt to bring more fullness to my lagging chest which once this has been made i will run through the protocol and my thoughts/reasons behind it, i also said there was no comps in any local countries untill end of sept start of oct and my cut off is 13th oct as its my training pal Craigs wedding n he has supported me flying around these last few comps so im there for him plus 2 days after that i go away all inc 5* to south turkey for 2 weeks so thats end of play no matter what. i was straight home after Portugal and had chat with the GF so she is on with the game plan too.
This week all orals have been pulled apart from
T3 which we dropped to 25mcg ed,
Tren ace brought down to 350mg pw
and we will increase calories for a good few weeks and assess everything every few days as we go.

cheers that leg session yesterday was motivated after seeing @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen rocking out strong sets like 10 plates for 7 reps if im correct the other day i was fired up, so thought id put the added food i ate when i went out with the gf at weekend to good use plus some days just go great and far exceed what u thought was going to happen so when u feel like that u go for it n take it for all u can n ill take that 10 plate for 5 especially as still on prep.

Busy days rest, could have done with a little more chilled one as I’m a little trashed from yesterday’s leg session but things still need to get done!
Same drill this morning cardio done then cracked on with everything else. Absolutely mashed by the time it’s bed time now!
Excited to hit push tomorrow we have giant over again so we will make sure it’s a battle again

Unless you guys are crazy strong and maxed out basic principles it isn’t needed
^This – nail on the head. It gets to a point where progressive overload is not only dangerous, but counterproductive and risk far outweighs reward. Thankfully for 99.99% of the training population, we won’t have that problem and can stick to the logging and progressing lifts.
Literally everyone is doing RDLs now. Was talking to someone about it and they didn’t know why they were doing it, just that they heard Jordan says it is superior. Sheep mentality will only get you so far, sometimes it’s good to make an informed decision. Get some inspiration for sure and then use that to fuel your current situation i.e. getting strong as fack and smashing that log book.

If anyone has watched any of cutler dvds it’s exactly how he trains super heavy controlled perfect reps that look like they take no effort. He does that for like 3/4 sets on everything. For Jordan to progress further I think it’s the only approach he can take. Very similar to what Luke sandoe also trains like at moment

Back in the old days they had tren and insulin buddy and gh 🙂 and trust me they all used it…. probably abused gear just as much back then ????????♂️
