Much needed rest after yesterdays leg session Struggled in this heat massively today. Offseason isn’t made for hot weathers I’m just a puddle of sweat constantly at the moment literally cannot wait for the weather to cool down!
Weight is maintaining around 113 check in day tomorrow so we shall see how pics compare. Hope everyone is loving the sunshine and not being a grumpy bastard like me

Don’t cut water just lower it, cutting water makes very little sense in all cases. No need to get super dehydrated at all
I have an epileptic client and we prepped to together without a single episode. We have to manage fatigue closely and stress. Aside from that you’ll be fine
You don’t need any chemical to get super dry if your fat free you just need to be in condition once your fat free cutting water or diuretics will just have you looking flat and shit

Looks good, on push I wouldn’t do smith twice it makes very little sense to use that in two movements buddy

Yes if your heavy the leaner you get I would opt for LISS as it creates a smaller demands for recovery which is what you need to aim for as you get leaner

I would bump protein to 250 here spread out even throughout day for sure from quality sources and extra 50 g carb around workout perimeter

I would hold until performance stalls then add. This way you will ensure condition is staying
If your looking fuller and performance is better scales do not matter don’t just blindly follow scales as that’s an easy way to again accumulate too much fat

Another very strong leg session
Every top set saving 1 in tank so feel like I can still progress push hard and keep volume the same. Only difference is we aren’t pushing past failure point at any moment and it’s working great.

Thanks Kuba!! I was wondering if bringing fats a little up would help my hdl to go up too. Im also using krill oil, fish oil and some other stuff for that.

No krill oil omega 3 oil citrus bergamot will have you covered although I would add love heart on top

Rest before legs yesterday, same routine cardio am fasted, then more jobs sorted around the gym. My routine is pretty good now so I’m content with how things are going I’m sure in this spot I can hold onto Strenght if not creep up a touch during this cruise.
