    Simple thing is use insulin when your ready to take the step but from this I don’t think you actually understand how it works so In my opinion you aren’t ready to take that step yet

    Goal here is to hold onto muscle and condition.

    Focus more on recovery and making sure everything is massively on point.

    Eat in a controlled fashion

    More times you binge and cheat uncontrollably the harder it will be to stop and control your self.

    Track your food make wise choices and don’t eat for sake of eating eat till your satisfied not full to brim it’s pointless and only breeds poor habits and poor relationship with food

    Another great pull session

    10 days into my cruise and things feel great, performance is staying great so is recovery I think staying fitter is helping a lot for sure

    Today’s session

    Chest supported tbar x2
    Block snatch grip pull minimal leg drive x2
    Dual pull down x2
    Prime single arm seated row x2
    Prime pull down x1
    Seated rear cable pull x3
    Smith shrug x2
    Prime curl x3

    Again we aren’t pushing past point of failure we are stopping with 1 rep in reserve this method so far is allowing us to recover better and keep better progression in the log book.

    I would implement more activity throughout day so higher neat avoid cardio around workout at all cost

    Totally different goal here and different stimulus

    Recovery in prep is hard enough as it is adding cardio to that just makes it not worth it, and not worth losing muscle

    Solid days rest, started my day with 20 minutes on stairs and 10 on treadmill which is a breeze now so I’m getting much much fitter now at this weight. This translates into my sessions so i can push harder and recover from my sets much quicker which will always have a positive impact on my sessions and progression….. stay fit guys it helps

    Really feel like I can hold if not keep progressing during this period

    Hit 10 plates for 10 on Atlantis hack which is 3 reps up from this session 10 days ago. All systems go from here for sure.

    Eat more of what your already eating.

    If your having a refeed it’s not digesting it makes no sense to do so as you won’t get any benefit from this

    Also do you need a cheat ?
