    No lower back loading as we are trying to manage recovery a little better so we can keep smashing it so session went

    Bicep machine Atlantis x2

    Blasted the session off in 90 minutes felt great and not much Fatigue after. Solid and productive rest day today I feel pretty good and ready for legs tomorrow so we shall see what we can do

    Pretty active rest today, did some cardio and had a few jobs to do for the gym so more active than normally.

    My cpap has come so will use tonight and let you guys know how I feel in the morning ????

    did you get a proper medical assessment done for the cpap? mines set to auto pap mode so depending on bodyweight or how much aas I’m on it will fluctuate and my machine adjusts its pressure automatically, so much better than a set one and easier to withstand and use due to the pressure it kicks in at.

    is a rice based cereal post workout goin to make that much difference than say cheerios?

    I haven’t buddy mine is auto too mate just need to set it up properly as I don’t think I’ve put it on right setting it’s the Philips one I have

    During offseason not concerned at all you can always use a good fibre supplement in prep with amount of veg you’ll consume it shouldn’t be an issue

    Offseason is just as important as prep you either donit all by your self or hire a coach and do both. I tend not to work with prep athletes only anymore as 90% don’t put work in and have productive enough offseason to begin a prep in a good position

    Solid days rest

    20 mins on stairs 10 mins on treadmill to start, I crack on with some of my check ins every morning when I do cardio so it goes pretty quick.

    For me keeping cardio in and staying on top of my fitness has been key to progression this offseason. Heavier I get the fitter I need to stay to recover well and make sure I can perform my higher rep sets without gassing too much.

    Very very productive day all in all first week of cruise looking forward to tomorrow’s session
