    Whenever I feel tired and beat up I cut forced reps and stop just shy of failure I find it brings me back out of the hole to be able to push again. In prep I wouldn’t advise going into failure in dog end of prep but this is where w good coach steps in and adjusts intensity and volume.

    Depend on your structure, now I’ve trained with some smart people I either adjust machines my self or adjust padding to suit…. you can always tweak things to make most out of things for sure.

    As Oscar said that works a treat tbh

    Forgot to add no special attention just better form and connection. Still push pull leg and prob will always train that way. I just like it…

    Awesome push day ( delt dominant) I feel like I’m certainly going in right direction. Recovery has picked up things feel great if I’m honest. Last few weeks on blast left and we cruise. 3 to be exact.

    I literally do 2/3 working sets on my arms, delts I have been putting more detail into those and recovery has allowed for a touch more volume via pivotal reps so they have come up a lot. I think overall thickness is getting there now man but realistically I’m still a mile away from being where I need to be to step on stage with actual pro’s. It will happen tho 🙂 I assure you.

    Pretty active rest today, did some cardio and had a few jobs to do for the gym so more active than normally.

    My cpap has come so will use tonight and let you guys know how I feel in the morning ????

    @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen on your hack squat video I noticed you used a foam roller in the back rest, how come? is it a comfort/position or performance thing?

    Much more stability and better bracing on the pad with my hips in and once in hole a much better / natural squat position so much less pressure on my knees

    No rest day I favour protein and fat during day an dlast 2 meals carb and protein. This works great for me especially during offseason

    Awesome leg session, again I feel a little battered but my log book isn’t reflecting the feel far from it.

    Will send my full workout tomorrow as left log at gym.

    Hit a huge pb on Atlantis hack 7 reps with 10 plates each side 3rd exc in so I’m very very happy with it so far.

    My cpap arrives tomorrow so see if it makes a difference or I need a little deload. Think next few sessions and 3 days will tell for sure

    Solid days rest, struggling with sleep a little last 3 nights now keep waking in middle of night wide awake.

    Ordered a cpap machine even if I haven’t got sleep apnea if it’s 1% chance it will help with better deeper sleep I’m in. Better recovery and sleep more I can trash my self in the gym. So no corners cut whatever it takes to tick boxes and get better

    I have rdx one and slide on heavy pull excercises… I’m undecided between the heavy duty strenght shop, 8 straps or versa grips… If I’m not mistaken @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen has the heavy duty ones, I saw him doing heavy rdl with those

    Strenght shop ones are brilliant tbh. Only ones that haven’t snapped off for me
