    You need to add shoulder work into your routine, it looks okay although this training set up needs a lot of work.

    I would check @megansylvester log all her training is on there and you could see an insight to a proper structured push pull leg split

    Diet looks ok is this the same for training and rest ?

    My rest day set up is higher fat lower carb, keeps my insulin sensitivity high and appetite up as neede also nice break and different foods can be added to fit those macros.

    Yes it is but not very optimal I wouldn’t recommend it, if you do so make sure you have a solid intra workout in place… start drinking 20/30 min pre workout

    Very average session tidied up form a lot did okay. Generally feedback is I’m not recorded from trashin legs other day it literally ruined me and we probably got a little carried away. So back to it early night and see how performance is tomorrow if still wank I will Deload then go again.

    Kuba, when training legs and lifting heavy as you obviously do … is some knee joint annoyance/soreness avoidable or is it a part of the game? I noticed as of late since really pushing the intensity that my knees (patella) are sore… nothing major and something I can still lift with when warming up properly , but you always worry that it gets worse.

    Yes there is but now if you look at my sessions I’m hitting my heavy work after leg curl and extension…. still managing to hit same reps and weight if not more without as much pain as my legs are full of blood already. With progressive overload it is inevitable imo but there’s ways to limit it, making our pb’s are form pbs not just weight and wearing knee sleeves also quan Lang oil

    Cardio done all my work and dogs sorted so it was nice even got a little nap in. Early night before push tomorrow with giant over again so it’s ON

    Ridiculous leg session log attached, massive pbs I did go a little wild because I felt shit so it genuinely makes me angry and then I have to hit this shit harder than normal. So stacked pendulum and stacked leg press with a green band on…. offseason goal…. stack everything and get silly strong seen as tho there are no competitive plans for 2019

    How do you determine your Lantus dose? Also do you split dose morning/bedtime to lower fasted bg?

    By feel and monitoring BG all dose in one in the morning soon as I wake

    I wouldn’t recommend lantus pre bed it may drive BG too low. After reading on it and from experience it can do that in middle of the night even when shot only in morning it has peak half life of 12 hours but actually works up to 24.

    I wouldn’t use insulin to push up weight you will just get fat, use it to accommodate your carb intake not to increase it that’s exactly how guys put on fat from it.

    No research I believe will give you whay trial and error will start on low dose then increase slowly and monitor blood glucose

    Also Lantus was marketed as a 24 acting insulin but it’s been proven that in reality it’s 14-16 hour max, it does nothing for me lowering my fasted BG

    What was your dose?

    I have used levemir first thing, went up to 40 in the morning and it brought my fasted BS down to a nice level. I was also on GH at the time
