I’d use tudca with or without I use it year round buddy. It’s a great supp for a number of reasons

Supp needs liver stack is don of them all contains tudca and ton of other bits that really make a difference

0.5 mg once per week is more than enough, any more for me rock bottoms my progesterone. I think many people really really over use this drug.

Great session but performance were pretty average, Atlantis press is out from now on it just didn’t feel right today so next session will start with a flat press movment then high inc dumbell or smith depending on 1st movement. Will speak to Jordan regards this before I roll with it.

@thp you don’t know ins and outs clearly mate, Matt had underlying heart issues that run in his family nothing to do with gear. It would have been the same turn out if there was no gear involved and he were what society accepts as a normal man ( overweight casual drinker ) it would have probably ended sooner for him.

I think his death is without question related to his use of AAS. As Dr Dean stated as well as his genetics and uncontrolled BP adding to it.
