Yes bud that’s fine, so use cyclic dextrin again if your blood glucose drops it will pick it right up again straight away. It’s much faster than lucozade or anything else really

Much needed rest today, very light 30 minutes cardio to start my day followed by some physio this afternoon. Again nothing strenuous to make sure I’m recovered and ready for tomorrow!

Massive leg session with Jamie and Jordan, hit a pb on top set so from here on it’s time to keep pushing.
Left knee has eased up a ton I had a touch of knee tenditis from a session 3 weeks ago and today I was almost painless!
Also slight change to cycle!
We will now use 350 mg dhb instead of 700 mg primo, better option and less oil each night so I’m happy to go ahead with this as Jordan is 🙂
