Depends on what your trying to improve.
In my current set up one session is delt dominant the other is chest dominant. I like that best tbh and I would suggest you trying that also

Rest today, legs are pretty much mashed from yesterday
From tomorrow I will be adding 50 g carbs, Jordan’s orders after Fridays check in I will distribute that across my meals evenly. Weight is at 108 now and I’m feeling great

Hey Kuba, 1 Question is it a Problem to do Cardio Postworkout when u use insulin around the workout?
I wouldn’t doncardio around workout ever
Totally different goal and purpose imo shouldn’t mix the two. Ben pak did an awesome podcast on this and he goes in depth of reasons as to why it’s a very much silly idea if your goal is hypertrophy. It really makes sense when you think about it too, when we train goal is to break tissue down and recovery as soon as possibly cardio on top of that will hinder recovery for sure therefore won’t make your session as productive

I really don’t think you would be growing this much at that point. I would compare pictures for sure and judge scales secondary to the pictures

Another rest today,
Took dogs out for my cv this morning 35 min around the park pretty moderate pace.
Spent the day at a spa chilling having massages, steam room and sauna feel pretty refreshed and de stressed. Ready to hit legs tomorrow for sure.

Its a great med if you can handle the PIP. I ran it at 300mg along with NPP and Test and it was a great cycle. But that was the max i could do without being crippled. I used the SG 150mg/ml stuff though![/quote]
