    What’s your thoughts on using lantus just a few days a week to bring up lagging body parts.

    I’ve heard alex kikel talk about this in one of his podcasts. Would be nice to hear what you think.

    Also would you recomend jumping straight into 50 mg proviron per day if they are going to try it with cycle or 25 enough??

    Hi mate I would just use it on training days, so much research showing lantus is actually amazing especially in offseason, it can repair cells in pancreas and actually stop you becoming diabetic. With long insulin I would use it in blasts consistently. Odd days stick to using short.

    Kuba do you supplement Glutamin in the morning on top of your 10g Intra? Seen a lot so it with ACV.

    Also do you believe that the timing of it matters or just 10g daily?

    in terms of timing I like to have it on empty stomach but don’t think it makes much difference tbh

    Decent pull session feel fuller already with extra 75g carbs back in. I am expecting nice changes this week. Bare with me guys I will share it all daily 🙂

    First set depending on movement and exc selection 1/4 warm up/ feeder sets…. then on maybe 1 or straight into working sets 🙂 this is where log book is amazing help

    Why is Your protein only 20g in your intra drink when training.

    I’m thinking of lowering mine to Just interested in the pros and cons ????

    I use 56 g MPs max that’s around 25g I think that’s more than enough considering the products profile I won’t get any better. I will use more when I carry more muscle for now this feels great and Jordan is happy with this.

    Proviron will help free up some test for sure, personally I feel much better on cycle with proviron in 🙂

    How will you be measuring your bg level when taking lantus?

    Morning afternoon night, it’s not necessary as you can’t actually go into a hypo glycemic coma on lantus and I’m very familiar with the feeling you get with low & hight BG il use the monitor as a guide 🙂

    I’m in with no belt crew.

    If I wear a belt I can brace my abs against it and pull more but then I feel like my erectors don’t do as much work

    Whole point of pulling is to work the Lowe back and erectors so why wear a belt and make it easier + take load of muscle you actually target.

    We aren’t powerlifters guys

    Ansomone seems to be legit these days. Can’t trust 95% of huma or geno at the moment too many fakes
