It wouldn’t benefit aside from sugar content. You don’t want large doses of caffeine intra workout either.

Quality food isn’t expensive neither are supplements when you compare it to what ordinary people spend on garbage and alcohol.

Solid days rest, plenty of work done in day and our monthly meeting at ultra flex HQ to go through the progress with the gym and next steps.
Tomorrow we hit legs and Jordan is over so better bring my A game.
