    Hey Kuba

    Now that you’ve been on the Primo, Test, Mast, EQ + Var/Tren cycle for a while .. how would you rate it?

    Looking at it, it is actually not a heavy cycle in terms of compounds and I would expect your bloodwork to be good while being able to gain some quality mass!

    Also I remember you saying that 700mg primo was your sweet spot for primo. Now you’re up to 1050 .. have you seen any change or would you say most could get away with 700?

    There is no var in the mix

    Test primo tren eq mast is in right now

    In terms of dosage not that much difference on 1050 primo tbh primo just gives you a nice look for me.

    Next we will run test npp primo for rebound which is my fave for growing anyways.

    In terms of feel to the cycle I feel good, very much more me on tren haha Strenght is increasing whilst we drop weight so all is good 🙂

    I know many that do bro split and they love it.

    Personally I could never go and just train arms or a single body part I’d get bored

    I need a challenge every single time I step into gym it needs to test me and challenge me. That’s what it’s all about for me pushing harder and better every time.

    Lower cardio first before increasing calories then again I favour approach of very minor changes and small increments 2 times per month maybe 3 if body responds well. Do not over do it and get fat.

    Implement another rest day at least, if you can go 6 days I would look at your training intensity too.

    Drop 200 calories and see what happens bud minor adjustments over time do the best job

    Check in day with Jordan, 106.7 this morning so weight is down feel flat and soft but fat is coming off so we keep working.

    Training is down to 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off again with pivotal rep system remaining. At the moment I am not recovering in time so frequency must come down again!

    @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen kuba how does everyone keep there joints healthy while running ai’s , even without lifting weights there sore and after a length of time end up dropping them cause cant lift weights at all due to them which leads to my estrogen rocketing and then goin back to them

    Have you had blood work done to check ? I have absolutely 0 joint issues unless my oestrogen drops down low low. Would be worth running bloods to see where things are. Curcumin and boswellia helps a ton

    Pressed 4.15 pps on seated hammer to start with for very comfortable and strict 6.
    Legs don’t feel are 100% ready to get smashed so tomorrow we will hit pull instead.
