    This is very much individual and it depends what you can handle. For this you have to listen to your body and go again once YOU feel like your lower is ready to go again.

    That’s very little food IMO for the output and body weight your carrying,

    I would slowly chip away from here for sure wouldn’t push more as your output is high and calories low. Add some clen at this point as another tool

    Lower carbs on rest day and calories by another 200 I would say. From get go from looking at this.

    Great push session with Jordan and Oscar.

    Few more with the guys and il be ready to fuckin smash it. I will still make a trip regular to Manchester to train with Oscar and Jordan as I think we all benefit from extra push when together.

    I don’t mind spending 3 hour total driving every day if it means I’m a better athlete

    Hi Kuba !

    How many series do you do before starting the actual exercise ? I start in the PPL and I would like a little more information. 2 work exercises 2-3 warm up exercises gradually increasing the load? And how many rest ?

    Example

    Hack squat 2-3 warm up

    2 plates, 3 plates, 4 plates

    Working set 2 sets 5-9 reps

    5 plate, 6 plate

    That’s correct ?

    Hi nick, Jordan has tons of videos on how to warm up and set up if you scroll back in the videos he explains it all.

    I will add

    I warm up trying to do the least possible effort to get prepared for my top set. So for example pressing

    1 plate 12 2 8 3 5 4 1 5 1 6 working set 5-9 set 2 9-12

    Does that make sense ?

    Pro fat all day and pre bed

    Carbs pre intra post

    He’s body comp was very poor so he wouldn’t be able to utilise carbs well so we went with pro fat approach now he’s lean we will do opposite

    Excess water retention & bloat would harm your physique

    When you come off or cruise you want the ester to be out as soon as possible especially one like decca which will impact your look so much.

    Deficit

    He was on a cruise dose of drugs at start

    Increased test and anavar first whilst adding cardio and cutting calories week by week

    Added tren for last 6 weeks then hit a pretty aggressive deficit clen last 3 weeks.

    He didn’t miss a session or slip any cardio

    Progressed across board with all his lifts making some REAL great progress in gym and it has shown a lot in his physique now all fat is off we drop tren add eq and npp lower cardio and slowly increase food
