Right so cycle update

420 eq

1050 primo
100 mg anavar daily
25 aromasin eod
25 mg provironIgf slin gh t3/4 same
Test was meant to be 420 but I’m using pharma 250 mg per ml so can’t be bothered measuring it down.
Think this will work very well during the rest of our mini cut.
Npp is out and we replace it with eq and anavar so that will work v well.
I’m a big fan of primo so the cycle suits me well! Will keep you guys posted how it goes.
Will post some progress pictures up once I look something like 🙂 until then it’s time to fucking work

I think it’s a great idea. Add in anavar for sure nothing else 🙂

Don’t do any top up work just cardio on days off
Low calories won’t allow for recovery. Days off are days off.
Prepare your self for day ahead and day on 🙂

Switch to tren and take a decent calorie drop

If it’s a natural supplement there won’t be any, I just think having more here than prescribed won’t do anything more than actual dose would 🙂

Always opt for something that won’t cause digestive issues. Within reason make sure it’s nice but don’t make it something that will just satisfy your appetite and not your body 😉

Your BG should be in check without metformin.
Hr wise 130 is a sweet spot for me

I’mo id do it before bed
You would jeopardise so much recovery in that time frame digging your self into a deeper hole
See so many people do cardio PWO and to me it’s silly. Your trying to do 2 complete different things at once…. one will suffer and it’s always recovery. If your recovery is shit you won’t grow or progress

Check in day we are down to 110 this morning from 113.6 2 weeks ago performance hasn’t suffered at all still getting stronger so that’s a good sign the look was better this morning Jordan says another 1 kg off before we adjust food again

Rhom is good generally, not sure if it will he fully dosed tho at 200 if it was possible I’m pretty sure other companies would do it ? Or it might have bad pip with it. Never know till you try tho haha
