Yes always, cardio is also active recovery imo. An active body recovers better than a stagnant body

We hit up legs with Jordan Jamie and Callum we filmed for the site yesterday with Hannah so you will all be able to see the session soon.
Double rest for me today and tomorrow and a Deload week whilst at bodypower rock bottom volume until Thursday next week that will see me very fresh and ready to go again.

awright man, I felt like the last few marvel films haven’t been up to normal standard if I’m honest probably since about black panther, hopefully see it go back up now this phase is over. Avengers aside, looking for a wee bit advice around GH? don’t worry I wont take anything as direct advice, just if you could go back is there anything you’d of done better like a lesser amount to start, multiple shots vs one shot ED or just any little variable you didn’t pay attention to or didn’t have the knowledge to control but now on looking back you know you’d do it different. Yes I’m asking as thinking bout taking my first course, thinking 2IU split into an AM and PM injections for 8 weeks then adjust from there. thanks man
Hmm it’s a hard one with gh, think 2 iu daily will see you through first 2 years of use at least

It wouldn’t benefit aside from sugar content. You don’t want large doses of caffeine intra workout either.
Opt for a simple carb powder if on a very tight budget

Depends how much of a budget we are talking ?
Quality food isn’t expensive neither are supplements when you compare it to what ordinary people spend on garbage and alcohol.
If you really want to be on a tight budget your in wrong sport
