Are you following a plan ? Reading this I’m not sure you actually are so starting a set structure would do a great job straight away
Secondly look at training intensity and performance you have to bust your ass productively if you want results

Primo doesn’t lower oestrogen buddy
Mast helps to control it but again doesn’t lower it directly
