    Weight held, 3 lbs up from no Clen & steps reduced with higher foods I will take that.

    Today back to work, clen back in, steps back up & travel day, I did 9k steps before I got on plane, so easily hip my step target as I will do another 1000 on plane walking up and down isles and then on way out in airport.

    All meals prepped and packed, make sure you make your cream of rice thick if you take it on plane same with oats or they don’t let it through

    Feeling fucking great, focused and ready to get back to business.

    Hey Kuba, I just watched your latest YouTube video on supplements and was wondering you say you take 6 heart care per day, i used to take 5 capsules but I just got a new tub and the recommended serving size is 3 tablets per day before it was 5. Do you take 6 instead of the 3 that’s recommended?

    I still take 6 per day, I have seen a drastic improvement in my bloods in doing so, I will continue to run that now year round.

    Hi kuba , just want to ask seen your insta story about spreading magnesium across the day. Can this give you any kind of tiredness throughout the day? I’ve only ever taken jp ones before bed.

    Also using a d handle or even holding a cuff I find helps or using a cuff altogether if wrist is an issue you take the wrist out of it

    Mainly digestion

    You want your carbs to absorb as fast as possible, adding protein will slow it down of course but adding fat on top will slow it down even more

    Your not going to look harder when you are trying to grow, it’s like planting a seed and watching a plant grow but the opposite with visuals in bodybuilding

    As we grow we look worse

    If you want to grow and see the fruit of your labour ( new size next time you diet ) you have to accept that there will be lines fading and you won’t look as good.

    Focus on training performance leading the way here, your rate of gain has been perfect continue going up for another 12-5 weeks at least at exactly this pace.

    I promise you it will be worth it you’ve nailed this part so just keep nailing it and focus on getting stronger with quality , patiently

    Legs, 262 this morning, likely get back to work tomorrow

    Rhr sitting at 50 this morning lol, feeling great, can’t wait to train legs today.

    Will rest tomorrow with flight and then another rest Monday and back to business from Tuesday

    Diet will resume from tomorrow more than likely and Clen back in also.

    Il see how I feel tomorrow & look at check in.

    Have you ever gone above 500mg Metformin per day? Or had clients do so? Do you believe there are any negatives to going above 500mg if you wanted optimal blood glucose control in an off season phase whilst running GH?

    Only in cases for acne, other than that I see no reason to go above 500 gives you more than enough. I don’t use it for blood glucose control at all.

    Gh doesn’t impact your blood glucose to this degree.

    Getting fat and insulin resistance does, fix that. Metformin won’t do much for managing this.

    Entire time, weight is only up 2 lbs

    Feeling fresh, sleep has been up and down but that’s just not being in same environment as at home.

    Rest day, last day of digging yesterday with travel day, did 7000 steps before flight did some in air then I finished off when landed with Charlie on the Palm, we are stopping next door so it’s actually pretty sweet.

    Solid day today, extra 200carb going in and steps down will likely land about 8000 ish

    Plan is extra 200carb
    No Clen today & tomorrow
    Then extra chunk added for training day again steps lower and likely run same again Sunday for travel day and back to digging

    We will see if I feel fresh by Sunday il likely get back to it then.

    Overall feeling good. I like being here a lot, so I’m pleased to be back.
