    Rest day, last day of digging yesterday with travel day, did 7000 steps before flight did some in air then I finished off when landed with Charlie on the Palm, we are stopping next door so it’s actually pretty sweet.

    Solid day today, extra 200carb going in and steps down will likely land about 8000 ish

    Plan is extra 200carb
    No Clen today & tomorrow
    Then extra chunk added for training day again steps lower and likely run same again Sunday for travel day and back to digging

    We will see if I feel fresh by Sunday il likely get back to it then.

    Overall feeling good. I like being here a lot, so I’m pleased to be back.

    Excellent podcast with Jordan! I saw you say that at the beginning of peak week the water level tends to rise slightly, what specific purpose is this for? Something related to reducing aldosterone?

    Water comes up in line with food, higher water your body passes more then you reduce ever so slightly your body continues to pass more job done

    Aldosterone isn’t taken into consideration

    How would you structure a training for a bodybuilder who mainly needs quads and just maintain the rest for a period of time?

    Lower volume across other body parts

    Spread frequency to upper lower rest repeat hitting quads with 4 sets every lower body day , this will only work if volume is low for other areas

    Sup Kuba, i am a Júnior classic Physique From Brazil and this is my physique, i am 1 Weeks post show planning my training division and I thought of something more directed to chest, shoulder and arms, being: Push 1, Pull / Legs, Off, Push 2, Legs, Upper (Start with arms), Off. Do you really think I have these muscles as a point to improve compared to others or do you think I should still work in a division that emphasizes all muscles in a more equalized way until I have a more expressive development and disproportions, such as PPL (3 on 1 off), UPPER / LOWER (2 on 1 off)

    You have a very balanced physique you just need more size

    You do not need any body part to come

    Up over another

    Straight PPL OR UL is what you need imo

    258 today new low of prep, much leaner, last day of digging tomorrow then I will back off for 7 days, no Clen for that period ( only doing 60 anyways )

    Steps will be reduced and calories buck up

    Il know exacts tomorrow but I also know what I can expect
    Steps will be 8 k
    Calories I think will land around 4700 daily ish but we will see what Dean says

    Strongest I’ve ever been today on legs stack plus biscuits on prime leg ext for 13
    12 pps on 45 Cybex for 8 back off 11 for 9

    Never done these kind of numbers and never been close to looking like this at this weight so I’m genuinely excited to compete as a pro for first time in my career

    Hey Kuba, new to the forum, what made you take the slight drop in direct protein when shifting from off season into this prep?

    Favouring carbs which are your main fuel source for training / performance

    Protein doesn’t do that my man
    Carbs do

    Something I have always done.

    My protein shifts up and down based of where I am and need / preference

    Priority is performance

    Hey Kuba. I know you’re extremely particular with your food, especially in prep obviously. When travelling on prep like this Dubai trip, do you pre-plan where you’ll go to do food shopping etc. or will you trust a meal prep company to handle it for those six days?

    This is something that used to stress me out if travelling on prep, not knowing if I could get all the particulars, brands etc.

    I order the same food I eat at home to my apartment, before I arrive the food is waiting at door. Dubai is amazing, I do the same anywhere I go I just buy same foods same routine etc I always cook my own food and get same quality meats

    Crazy shift in condition

    Pretty surprised at movement this week, fist day yesterday where I was like oh I’m in prep lol the look is changing nicely and days like this are the best.

    Productive sessions,going to be ready for this deload next week I’m spent.

    Legs today was epic

    Leg curl single leg 3

    Leg ext 2

    Leg press 2

    Seated ham single leg 1

    Hip thrust 1

    Calf 2

    I felt I needed to bump my test as I felt my Estro lower than it needs to be even tho blood work has shown it still slightly above range

    Good call as I feel way better with it higher

    700 test now start prep at 500 crept to 600 now 700, feels epic for me. No extra water

    I noticed a significant shift in aromatisation changing to cyp too
