Hey Kuba. I know you’re extremely particular with your food, especially in prep obviously. When travelling on prep like this Dubai trip, do you pre-plan where you’ll go to do food shopping etc. or will you trust a meal prep company to handle it for those six days?
This is something that used to stress me out if travelling on prep, not knowing if I could get all the particulars, brands etc.
I order the same food I eat at home to my apartment, before I arrive the food is waiting at door. Dubai is amazing, I do the same anywhere I go I just buy same foods same routine etc I always cook my own food and get same quality meats

Crazy shift in condition
Pretty surprised at movement this week, fist day yesterday where I was like oh I’m in prep lol the look is changing nicely and days like this are the best.
Productive sessions,going to be ready for this deload next week I’m spent.

I felt I needed to bump my test as I felt my Estro lower than it needs to be even tho blood work has shown it still slightly above rangeGood call as I feel way better with it higher
700 test now start prep at 500 crept to 600 now 700, feels epic for me. No extra water
I noticed a significant shift in aromatisation changing to cyp too

First I would stop going to gym for cardio instead of doing 45 mins stairs I would do a fasted walk with a weighted vest for 60 minutes and aim to get extra 30 minute sleep
Go to train straight after your finish work so you save time on travel

Sup Kuba, i am a Júnior classic Physique From Brazil and this is my physique, i am 1 Weeks post show planning my training division and I thought of something more directed to chest, shoulder and arms, being: Push 1, Pull / Legs, Off, Push 2, Legs, Upper (Start with arms), Off. Do you really think I have these muscles as a point to improve compared to others or do you think I should still work in a division that emphasizes all muscles in a more equalized way until I have a more expressive development and disproportions, such as PPL (3 on 1 off), UPPER / LOWER (2 on 1 off)
You have a very balanced physique you just need more size
You do not need any body part to come
Up over anotherStraight PPL OR UL is what you need imo

How would you implement this into a clients programme?
Hey bud
I would first look at exercise execution and exercise selection most people’s arms suck as they don’t train them properly
Then I would look at programming and split / volume allocation
Start with bicep work on push / leg days depending on split or at the start of lower on upper lower split

I know that working on the mindset is something that is a constant work in progress and especially the mini wins through the day and building that momentum help tremendously to be on top of your shit. And of course the daily structured routine.
My question is do you ever have times that you “lose it”, even for a few moments, and how do you get back in control?
By losing it I mean stuff like overthinking, letting emotions get in the way, feeling overwhelmed and stuff like that.
Yeah constantly, I speak to Jordan when I do and he reigns my back in if I need him and it’s bad
Now I am in much more control than ever before, I solely focus on just the work. As long as I’m doing everything I can in my power with quality I have 0 doubt and I over think nothing as I remind my self I’m doing everting possible always!

No, keep it consistent with HR
After Clen sides come down providing you aren’t using stupid doses your HR won’t be that elevated to make that much of a difference

If i take CoR to work can i just eat it cold out the fridge or does it have to be heated or water re added to it or anything, never had it before and just ordered some but i eat most of my meals cold due to work

Pull, 260.2 weight slowly coming back down but the look is actually totally different to last time i dipped under 260.
Very interesting prep so far, physique is changing every check in now at this far out this is very promising, my face is getting a lot leaner now too so people who know me this week commenting on how much leaner I look as they can probably tell from my face alone lol
Feeling very good, doesn’t really feel like I’m in prep prep, energy still decent and consistent.
Big week of fat loss to tick off before I run a feel week at maintenance next week and deload.

Il see exacts when I check in with Dean but that’s what I know il need so we will see what he says, I anticipate it being around that and it depends on how much more BF comes off this week too.I will be in Dubai for 6 days to sort some bits out whilst I’m there, needed to fit this trip in now so ideal timing. Flight there and back is easy so won’t affect anything and il be resting on days I fly and extra day rest when I come back.
Nothing changed in set up, posing getting better and posing condition is solid as I am posing daily. Still in a hefty deficit and as anabolics have been titrated up this its self will see deficit also get deeper and deeper.

Remove cardio or reduce it if it was high300/500 calorie bump – depending on your overall calories and how lean you are

What’s thought process behind it ?
Exogenous Gh won’t impact exogenous insulin or have any interference, this only happens if using peptides and trying to get natural output higher. So that’s pretty false my man
I would do all Gh pre bed
Eat pre workout meal at workout do some slin go train then eat pre earlier, insulin often can spike multiple times, if you are not experienced in would not be using it closer to bed in this quantity

Push 262lbs took pics and it’s a massive change from last week, no changes needed more of the same before I deload next week and run maintance.
