    Kbb it’s only extra 200 carb, protein stayed same apart from post workout where I lowered protein by a tiny bit so 250g to 200

    I see no reason to lower protein until higher carb days are heavy then I will but this only really plays a role when doing 1000g carb, other than that digestion should not be an issue in slightest

    I don’t do or use anything that I find isn’t helpful or good. This applies for training, food , Supps all recovery modality everything you see me do has benefit. So if I’m using them they are good to go my man.

    I don’t know how much honesty you want but you are not remotely lean enough at all. You are 15 pounds off here at least . If you asked some of the legit natural guys they may say your 20 pounds off . So I don’t know what really to say . If you aren’t fully committed to this show I would continue dieting for much longer and get in shape

    I don’t know a single person with any muscle that has EVER said light weights on a rest day . That is wild lol, how are you even finding that content ?

    The majority of us will be doing just whatever our energy balance requirements are for the day and then that’s it . So whatever steps we are due , if cardio is in then that . But that’s nothing to do with an active rest day , that’s just energy balance for us .

    Lift your weights, on days you don’t have training rest .

    Do whatever steps / cardio is due at that point , don’t add more for no reason because you heard some muppet call active rest days a gd idea

    All normal, I go hypo almost daily from 12 weeks out at some points in the day. As I get leaner it’s part of parcel

    Same post show I get them nearly daily lol drink some water and crack on when blood sugar drops your body dumps glycogen from the liver to restore it

    Just feels wank for 15/20 mins

    This is more so 12 /4 weeks out shape bud, there is nothing you can do here to change the look or improve it unfortunately as you are not lean enough.

    Also I would re consider the diet structure you are eating more protein than guys who weigh 260 lean, 0 need for this much imo that will just see you get weaker as there is not enough fuel to sustain proper training

    Extra 200 carb 0.8 lbs up, same again today.

    Same food just extra rice

    Steps was lower yesterday and same again today, let’s see where we land tomorrow and then back to work.

    New low and epic leg day

    Trained with jack richardson today, great session progress across all lifts

    Leg press flew up + stack for 11 on. Cybex leg ext plus 1.25kg

    Very happy, strong and high energy we are rolling

    High day today 200 carb extra top me up nicely before we finish this run

    I don’t remove it totally I reduce drastically, pre stage meal in some cases may not have any or few meals before stage depends on athlete and if waist needs work or not + how they respond to food

    Meg has bread every day 2x per day 🤣0 issue at all

    Sourdough digests best, other breads sit heavy on stomach imo

    I find sourdough digests easier than most things for me just makes me hungry so I save it for deep offseason
