    Aim to maintain quality , trying to progress for most in a deficit as you get leaner is just not realistic

    I can always progress for first stint as drugs are coming up then hold

    Movements you will see a drop off in is movements that require more stability like presses and some compound lifts but as a whole 85% movements should hold if they aren’t asses your volume : set up / recovery

    Looks great, the only thing you may need to change is the volume, if you can recover sweet if not you may need to lower it depending on your training intensity / execution

    Big drop this morning 259.2 feeling great, don’t look dreadfully flat just a lot leaner. Pissed a lot during night so I’m pleased and slept really really well.

    Usual day today, peaking 3 clients today, got ryan & Darragh in Ireland and gab in New York doing New York pro.

    tissue work set, sauna, usual business for the day.

    Early start for me as I need to be there and focused entire day as I monitor the guys and girls meal by meal.

    Feeling lean lean but strong.

    Progress across all lifts , this is where you know volume parameters are perfect.

    Leg ext 2
    Leg press 2
    Calf press 2
    Rdl 1

    Trained after 2 meals little earlier for me and still felt great so happy days

    Hard fucking session today with what I had in my log book so I really needed my time and focus between sets. 11 pps x11 on Cybex full stack for 13 on prime leg ext, leg strength is at an all time high here and it shows

    Love it.

    If progress is good and you are not getting too fat sweet but I woild expect this to slow down a little especially if you are natural I would shoot for closer to 0.5 kg max per week more you are getting fat

    Pull 260.6 big drop, 1 lb down from lowest yet and looks much much leaner again. Glutes are sharper back is sharper front is very lean.

    We’re on track.

    Feel great today, sleep was better last night so that’s 100% had a good impact. Il likely rest my legs and back off over next few days

    262.6 new low post rest day, will be in 261s over this week and then 250s next few.

    Push today progress across all lifts, very happy won’t todays work.

    If you see levels drop and you likely will in prep then it gives you green light to move up slightly.

    4 I feel covers all bases pulling from all angles and splitting 2/3 lat movements & upper back

    All back movements train your lat some just bias the lat more than others
