    Probably not, I like using t3/4 for other benefits and I just feel really good with replacement dose personally

    Hey Kuba hope your well? Wit this stack is their a reason why you don’t utilise 5 amino 1mq whilst using nad+ ? From my understanding they work pretty well together or do you save that for another stage ?[/quote]

    Hi Kuba,

    Massive fan, thanks so much for all you do.

    I was hoping to get your opinion on something if possible.

    I am a 37-year-old lifestyle bodybuilder, 186lbs, not a professional nor aspiring to be, but have the goal of adding 30lbs of lean tissue onto my frame by the time I am 40 years old.

    I have fallen in love in recent years (with lots of inspiration from yourself and Jordan) with dialing in my day to day and loving every minute of the process. I had been running a push/legs/pull/rest split for quite some time, and it became obvious that I wasn’t recovering well enough with this split. Between a full-time career, and two very young kids, I did not have the recovery capacity to progress my lifts consistently each session.

    I was apprehensive at first, because psychologically I just love being in the gym, but chose to consolidate to an upper/rest/lower/rest approach. I did not change any of my exercises, just simply consolidated them. This allows for 4 training days throughout the week and 3 rest days. I have found this to be incredibly beneficial. My lifts are strong and fresh each session and I absolutely love this split.

    Apologies for this being long winded but here comes the question; recently having consumed a ton of Jordan’s content I am feeling the urge to change things to his recommended full body split (full body/rest) approach. I am curious if you feel this would be a good move based on my situation, or do I stick with my beloved current split? Any recommendations/advice you may have would be greatly appreciated.

    Current split (upper/rest/lower/rest)

    Upper: calve raises, EZ bar skull crusher, DB lateral raise, DB shrugs, chest supported row, SM incline bench press, barbell forearm curl

    Lower: calve raises, leg press/SM squat, deficit RDL, leg extension, seated leg curl, forearm curl

    Again, thank you for all you do. You are my inspiration when everyone else around me is taking the easy way…

    Doesn’t make sense full body is for total beginners you are clearly not, you are making incredible progress on UL and you are recovering well

    Running FULL body would bring a much bigger demand imo as your sessions would be far far longer

    I don’t use it for blood pressure I use it for other benefits like cardiac remodelling prevention it’s poor for BP management.

    40 good start point – doesn’t affect performance some get digestive issues

    Gh keeping me full, end of week il bump cycle back up.

    Currently test mast 600 total with Gh

    Will go in with 700 mast 700 test and likely keep test as is for a few weeks then ramp it up.

    I don’t use it anymore nor recommend it

    You’ll gain some water weight feel fuller then it goes away after 3/4 weeks as build more insulin resistance then your need for more slin increases so on , you end up getting fatter not bigger.

    Low dose basal does perfect job imo

    Excellent session, less pain on knees figured out causes finally, again dumb silly little stuff I have been doing in offseason that I shouldn’t have just got married to like set volumes and squat shoes lol

    GGT is your main liver health marker

    ALT is not that relevant as long as other markers are in check

    Body fat coming down I started lean key here now is not coming down fast 2 lbs a week from here now initial bit of shit is off is more than enough especially as anabolics come back in
