    263.6 this morning the look is decent, leaner than earlier check in pics at 265 and that was already looking alright. Big shift of fat loss over next few weeks then it’s time refuel for a few weeks.

    Add fruit with m2 & 3 100g of blueberry in one 100g apple / strawberry in other

    Add 4th meal before bed

    250g fat free yoghurt whey

    Not all calories are created equal, more vitamins and minerals we can get from food

    Weight your rice raw for 2 days need be and be accurate it adds NO extra time or work

    25g/8g daily, offseason it can actually come up but I tend to sit between 25/35g daily 25 being the least il have, my veg intake stays same year around.

    Feeling good, time to get peeled.
