    The intention behind putting directly the aromasin 10md e2d in, is because in past that was my way to prevent gyno my e2 was last offseason with similar cycle at 90pg/ml and think that’s a good spot were I feel good have no side effects.

    So you think I should start worth some primo and test and later to break plateaus increase load and add deca?

    How much GH would you think is a good spot start and how would you split it? I train twice a day small muscle group in morning + cardio and afternoon big muscles.

    If you have issues with gyno then 100% doesn’t make sense adding decca in straight away

    Start with little less test – more primo ( same mg ) and don’t take aromasin, would it not make sense to just change drugs and not use ai on top
    ?

    Saves you some money to buy more gh lol and removes another drug of table that doesn’t contribute to growth.

    Gh all pre bed, 10/12 iu is great imo , depends on your actual size and previous experiences

    Doesn’t make sense splitting it this is where I see most insulin resistance issues , if you inject fasted Gh it won’t actually peak till hours later in day so doesn’t make sense placing it there if you want any fat loss.

    I’d just do cardio am and train proper pm – don’t pair cardio and training , nobody ever got big big doing that shit

    I’d start with our decca initially

    Doesn’t make sense adding aromasin without sides or needing to lower e2 if your lean it may crush your Estro and limit growth

    I like 26 weeks push

    Start lower and escalate to peak doses over first 10/2 weeks

    Hold peak then add decca once you need to break through and plateaus

    You could start lower ped and even bring Gh a touch higher

    Try and get e1 tested , not just 2 if you have
    Option.

    On paper your e2 may be low but e1 may be high I’ve seen this with some guys when they had blood work back initially with low e2 without any low estrogen sides they just felt anxious, tested again e1 sky high , dropped eq and felt better mentally and sides went after 2/3 weeks

    If you like nandrolone use it it’s Powerful and has some unique properties, most can’t handle sides but some do very well on it

    I prefer to safe it as a tool towards end of cycle if needed

    Slin use is dictated by food intake not PEDs imo,

    Doesn’t make sense dropping it

    I don’t use rapid anymore – drives more insulin resistance, I only use long now

    Lantus wins always

    Tried tresiba and it just didn’t feel best for me.

    Start at the bottom and have a look at your daily step count. If it is sub 8k then increase it anyway how – 8-10k steps daily is a decent target assuming you don’t have an active job. Short walks after meals, less time sitting, choosing to walk rather than drive places – basically a choice of not being lazy.

    Do you currently know how many steps you do a day?
