    Lr3 doesn’t do anything , incralex I have seen very good results with my self and guys I know who use it / have used it

    Primo occupies aromatise enzyme not letting test in, mast works more On a genomic level , mast makes estrogen receptor less functional acting like a serm circulating estrogen won’t do much.

    So you could have high oestrogen on paper but it cannot take effect in receptor, can have high serum Estro with low Estro symptoms which is something I had in past with mast

    Both affect Estro differently

    Primo lowers estrogen like aromasin

    Mast negatively affects Estro receptors preventing estrogen from coming in.

    I spent all of yesterday at the PCA First Timers, and got the look myself and my client were hoping for. It was a quiet show, probably the quietest FT show I’ve been to, and there were only 2 guys in my clients class, but there’s nothing you can do about that.

    I’m glad to be back in Glasgow though and ready to smash the 2nd half of this prep.

    I’ve just finished posing practice, and I’m delighted with the look.

    It’s another busy one with the PCA Scottish this Sunday – my biggest show of the year client wise – so I’m spending the week making sure the guys are on point.

    As mentioned, I’m deloading (removing 1 session) this and pushing food up to 750g of CHO, so I should by the end of the week shave off some of this fatigue and then we go again as of Monday.

    Epic!

    How you feeling at this point vs previous years in prep ?

    How’s current set up looking with diet a cycle at this point in prep ?

    272 feeling great, feel very light at this bodyweight in comparison to previous

    No interest now in actively pushing up, next 5 weeks is about just pushing up my numbers in the gym and then holding for my maintance phase before prep.

    10 weeks until I come down.
    28 weeks out.

    3 rounds of posing with check in done this morning, the look is decent for this bodyweight.

    Rest today with sauna & ice bath to keep my legs in the game

    4 iu should not cause any numbness

    Review your electrolytes & diet

    Potentially could be a high amount of impurity causing it

    Hey kbb

    Im not a pro or bodybuilder, just a guy who loves to be in the gym and learn more about it so i wanted to give you my opinion.

    A couple months ago i started doing what jordan said and making sure my execution is fucking spot on, i did this cause of something kuba said on one of his posts “Do your lifts reflect ur musculature?”.

    I also overthink stuff a lot sometimes bu i remind my self that progress is all that matters so keep the form your doing if its good and progress it, its that simple to be honest, just get in the gym and tell those voices in your head to shut the fuck up. At least thats what works for me.

    If you keep overthinking i would just record every set you do, im sure you will see minimal to zero diference from week to week if you dont ego lift.

    First show of the season with my bikini client today she’s on the money can’t wait to see what she does.

    Added npp so will see a good shift up bodyweight for this last push next 5 weeks.

    28 weeks out, 5 weeks growing, 4 health phase and prep.

    Ok so let’s say you stay in the extreme accuracy , why then not just progress lifts with that form? You have asked variations on this question many many times , so just keep the form super accurate so that satisfies the need for that , and then let the progress simply occur . I’m training more accurately atm , and just letting lifts go up

    Drop mast for 6 weeks keep test and re do blood work to see where you are and if your happy with the range

    Then re add small amount of mast and leave room to add when you are lean and want to grow ( if that’s the goal )
