Morning guys! Had a good chest workout in the afternoon yesterday, work quieted down so managed to get in early and get it done! Came home and played an hour of tennis in the evening which was good! Slept ok, up early today for my back rehab. I have tennis this morning and this evening so I’m not sure I’ll be able to train today!

Hey buddy! For me I watched hours and hours of YouTube videos of Bob Paris and Frank Zane! Then I spent endless hours in the gym trying to emulate that. It’s just a case of finding something you like and practising it like anything really! Practice makes perfect!

Morning guys! Had an excellent afternoon yesterday playing padel tennis! It was around 90 mins away so took up a lot of the day but had so much fun! Got back in the evening had dinner and chilled! Slept well! Working today gonna try train and play tennis this evening!

You may want to add a little fat into the first solid meal after training just to slow down digestion slightly.

Morning guys! Had a super super busy day yesterday! I worked about a 11 hour day so got in pretty shattered last night! Wanted a long sleep but woke up early, been chilling this morning. Popping into town today for beer and burger then tomorrow gonna try hit an early gym session!

Hey buddy! I’ve always clippered and then wet shaved with cream, this can be a little time consuming. Veet doesn’t work for me and it gives me a rash. I have however shaved James multiple times with this clipper that has a super close shave so he doesn’t need to wet shave after. I can’t remember the name if I’m honest but I’m sure if you look online you can find these clippers that give you a super close shave so you don’t have to razor it after. Much faster.

Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! I went off to work after my back rehab then hit a good shoulder session in at physique warehouse gym. Came home and went to play tennis for an hour. I was hitting well. Then went straight off to work. Got back late and had a snack then cooked dinner shortly after. Slept ok, up early today for more back rehab.

Hey buddy, I wouldn’t drop to maintenance I would keep calories above as your body will need some extra calories for the recovery process. I would also keep the diet clean and including lots of fruit and veg as the micronutrients will aid the recovery process.

Hey mate, honestly if it was me I would just help move the house. Take my meals with me. Make sure I get my training in and not make a big deal out of it. I work long hours with a manual job anyway so this is fairly normal for me on prep.

Morning guys! Had another league match yesterday morning against a top level experience opponent and managed to get the win. I went off hard early taking a 5-1 lead in the first set but then my intensity seem to drop but I still managed to take the first set 6-4. Did what I had to do in the second set winning 6-4 again so happy overall with the result I think it’s my first win in straight sets! Went out for lunch and a coffee with my dad after for this birthday then went off to work. Chilled in the evening playing computer games online with James! Up early today for my back rehab! My back is super sore today getting a lot of shooting pains.

Hey buddy! I’m sure most people will recommend starting with a full body split and there are a lot of videos on the education section about how to programme these workouts, you can also find information on this on JPs YouTube! I personally like a full bodypart split, if your schedule will allow you to do so. PPL is also a good option as you sound like more of an intermediate lifter. It doesn’t really matter too much what split you decide, just start whatever you think you will enjoy the most and make adjustments as time goes on. I would start with fewer exercises and fewer sets and then build up from that. Keep it basic.

Hey guys! Had a chilled day yesterday! I had a solid hit yesterday morning early then I went off to work for a few hours. Got some housework done at home then chilled with my family in the evening. Up early today to eat and prepare for the next singles league match this morning!

Hi Sungyoon, the exercise selection looks fine to be. Personally I like to do isolation movements before pressing just to allow some extra time for my shoulders and joints to get warm before loading them. Other than that I would say crack on with it and make adjustments as you go along!
