Morning guys! Sorry I missed my log yesterday I was super busy from dusk till dawn! Friday I was working all day then I played a little golf in the evening before heading into town for an S Club 7 concert! Had a great time but got back super later and accidentally slept in so I rushed out in the morning hence why missing my log! I was super busy I worked all day until about 7.30pm then I ate and went to sleep! Up early this morning for tennis then went off to work!

Hi Dave, I would definitely choose another site for now and see how the pain is. I prefer doing lats myself. I rarely do glutes anymore.

Morning guys! Super long day yesterday! Had the shoot all day then went straight to work! Played tennis for a few hours in the evening then ate and went to bed! Knee is still sore so I need to rest it. Did my rehab this morning now I’m going to eat and head off to work!

Hey buddy! I’ve never counted to the exact calorie before but I obviously have my set diet plan so you can figure out your maintenance by adjusting this until your weight stabilises. When your weight is not going up or down then you have found maintenance. From here you can slowly push those calories up, now I would start with increasing food around training. Then other areas of the day.

Morning guys! Had a busy day at work yesterday! I did plan on training some back but I felt pretty exhausted so I decided to skip it. I played a set of tennis in the evening for around 90 mins which was good I was hitting well. My knee and ankle are still fairly tender so taking it easy. I’ve got another big match on Monday so I need to make sure they’re ok for that! Up early today for my rehab, then got a photoshoot for Louis Arjuna

Hey buddy, do you take an pre workout before training? What is your caffeine intake like? If it was me I would cut caffeine products after midday and use a non stick pre workout. What’s your nutrition like after training?

Hi James, to be honest that sounds like a pretty smart and sensible cycle for someone in your position. At this stage I wouldn’t both introducing other Anabolics I would stick with a fairly low dose of test like you said at around 250/300 mark. I have no doubt you will see progress with that.

Good morning guys! Had a busy day yesterday! Got my rehab work done early then ate and went off to work! Heading to kings around lunchtime and smashed a decent chest session, done a photoshoot in the new TBJP camo range which was awesome. Then headed off to Clapham to do another shoot for Abstract Creations x Fireaway Collab which was very cool! Headed back home after that and then ended up being called out to work. Stopped and had a bottle of beer on the way home as it was a very long day! Haven’t played tennis since the epic match Sunday as my knee has been giving me some trouble still. Walking to the gym to do my rehab now, then heading off to work. Gonna try and train and maybe play a little tennis later!

Morning guys! Rested yesterday from training and tennis. Worked most of day and then popped out for some food in the evening with a friend! Didn’t go to bed too late as I knew I had to be up early for my rehab.

Morning guys! Had a nice hike in the morning yesterday at boxhill! Then went to work after! Came home ate and had a coffee then headed to the club for my singles tournament match. I was expecting a quick loss and it started off that way! I was 0-3 down and ended up losing the first set 4-6. Which to be honest I was pretty happy with, I was playing a top level player so I was happy to just get 4 games off him! Anyway the second set wasn’t going much better but I ended up coming back and winning 7-5! It was a very long tough set. I tried to go into the third not thinking about things too much just focusing on playing the ball and enjoying the match. I went 0-3 down again the third set and things were not looking good but again somehow I ended up coming back and winning 6-4! So I won the match 4-6, 7-5, 6-4. I was really happy after as I was fully expecting to lose that one! Biggest win I’ve had to date! I got called to work straight after so got home pretty late and ate and chilled in bed watching tv for a while. Body was feeling extremely exhausted. My back, knee and ankle is in a lot of pain, I took some painkillers and had a nice hot salt bath before bed. Woke up this morning still in quite a bit of pain. Probably be a good idea to rest!

Hey buddy! I’ve never counted fats from other food sources such as oats etc. I only count fats from actual fat sources or from fattier protein sources. I like to have around 10g fat with each carb meal. Unless immediately post workout. I’m no carb meals I’ll to 20g or so.

Hey guys! Had a fairly chilled morning yesterday then went and played tennis for a few hours. Was playing pretty well. Came home and watched the football and rugby which ended fairly disappointingly. Got up early today to go on a little hike at boxhill. Got a tennis league match later today.
