Morning guys! Had a busy day yesterday! Work was dead quiet so I took advantage of the free time! I went to the gym and hit a little back session around lunch time then I popped to the golf range to hit a few balls. Then I played tennis for around an hour in the late afternoon then ate and chilled in the evening. Up early today for my back rehab and going tennis after!

Hey buddy! I’m not against using a full training session on arms however I do agree with haider that you should go into prep following your offseason training. Obviously you can adjust volume within this split if you want to give more attention to certain areas!

Morning guys! Did my rehab for my back nice and early yesterday then came home and ate. Had a tennis session for an hour just hitting some balls and doing some drills ready for my match in the afternoon! Had another tournament match which went well, I was still super nervous but I was playing OK, I lost the first set then managed to come back in the second then killed him off in the third. I could tell my fitness was superior to his and our game was fairly even so I pushed the intensity of the match very hard and managed to tired him out. Final score was 4-6, 6-4, 6-0. We played for around 2.5 hours so I was pretty tired after, had to shoot straight off to work then came home ate a meal and chilled. Up early again for my rehab work today.

Hey buddy! It’s definitely going to boil down to how your looking. If your peeled and looking good then I don’t really like to change anything on peak week. If you are carrying a little water then maybe pull it out.

Morning guys! Pretty productive day yesterday! Went out to work for a few hours then made it to physique warehouse gym for a little chest session. Ate a meal there from the lick kitchen which was super tasty then headed back home. Went down to the tennis club in the evening and played one set which was great my feel was pretty good! Went to bed early but ended up being called out in the middle of the night so I’m pretty tired today. It was nice to have some structure back in my diet and training.

Hey buddy, i have had a lot of stomach issues with whey over the years however I have found that when I have whey with solid food it doesn’t seem to unsettle my stomach so much. So post workout I will have whey iso with some Ricecakes or something and then try and eat a solid meal within an hour of that. I also have whey in another meal outside of training with oats and it doesn’t upset my stomach then either. Maybe give that a go and see if it helps. Otherwise try a vegan/ beef whey or stick to solid food only.

Morning guys! Pretty much chilled in bed most of yesterday trying to rest. Up early today I went for a fasted walk then ate meal 1. Going to pop to work then hopefully eat again and hit the gym. Going to try and get my training and nutrition in order for the next few months!

Morning guys! Spent all day yesterday in Lille at the rugby. Watched the England vs Samoa game! A lot of drinking, a little eating! Headed back to London this morning. Going to try and get some rest!

Morning guys! Did my back rehab in the morning. Then had a good tennis hit. Then popped to work and packed and headed into town for the Eurostar. Going to Lille for the weekend! Rugby World Cup!

Good morning guys! Had a great tennis session in the morning, went straight off to work and had a full on day. Got in around 5pm and was going to head to the gym but got call in for tennis again as I was needed by a team. Played until around 7.30/8pm so was pretty shattered after. Got home and ate and went to bed at a decent hour. Up fairly early today for my back rehab.

Hey mate! I would say on every working set! If I’m training with someone I’ll happily do a forced rep or two on every set. If training alone more likely to do partial reps as it’s safer to do so.

Morning guys! As expected had a super long day in central working. Got back about 8pm went out for some ribs then went to bed. Up early today for back rehab then playing tennis before work!

Morning guys! Busy morning at work yesterday! Managed to get in the gym around 4pm for a good push workout! Very good workout actually it was nice to be back under some weight! Had. A shake and some sweets then played a few hours of tennis then had a solid meal and went to bed! Up super early today for work as I’m heading into central! For. A big job.likely I won’t have time to train today!
