    Hey buddy! I don’t think it’s going to make much difference in terms of how much muscle you’ll build doing this movement so if you feel safer/ more comfortable with it then definitely use it!

    Morning guys! Had a great day at golf yesterday! First time on a proper course and I really enjoyed it! Got home in the afternoon then chilled watching the end of the Ryder cup then watched the rugby and got called to work! Popped out for dinner in the evening then chilled before bed! Up early today for work! Going to hit the gym this afternoon then tennis tonight!

    Hey guys! Managed to get the win yesterday in the tournament match! 6-4, 6-2. Played much better towards the end of the first set and through the second! Chilled in the afternoon/ evening getting some meals in. Went cinema at night and watch the creator which was awesome! Got callled out of bed fairly early today for work then went off to play golf!

    Hey buddy, have you trying utilising chest supported rowing movements? I have found these really help build a great connection with your back as you can’t use any momentum to move the weight!

    Morning guys! Had a good tennis session yesterday morning then ate and got off to work. Had a jam packed day at work so didn’t get home until the late evening so rested and got an early night. Got a league tennis match today so been resting this morning so far..

    Hey buddy! It depends on your goals and macros. I don’t eat chicken anymore personally due to intolerant however I do think it’s an important bodybuilding diet staple. Now you can’t just substitute chicken break out for chicken leg as the macros are different. If you have allowance for fats in your diet then yes, chicken legs/ thighs are great. So is beef and salmon. If you don’t have any room for extra fats then you can use Turkey breast/ white fish. I’m terms of the carbs you have a lot of options to replace rice, pasta and bread are going to be most common of those. Potato also. Veggies you will have endless amounts, I’m not a broccoli fan either so you can use green beans, asparagus, kale etc etc.

    Morning guys! Got out on the road early yday for work. I didn’t make it to the gym as I got home around 5.30 and I was playing tennis at 6.30. Played 2 hours of men’s doubles which was good. Then came home ate and got in bed! Has a rough sleep as I got a call in the night but the customer didn’t book so basically got woken up for nothing! Up early today for my back rehab work. Going to play tennis after then planning on training this afternoon!

    Hey buddy, I think you have to have faith in your process. You need the ability to be decisive, choose your path and follow it. This is why it’s a great idea to have a coach. The coach can then make these decisions for you, they will decide what your eating, what your training, what to change, what not to change etc. This will eliminate a lot of the thinking process for you. Then you must make sure you choose a coach in which you have complete trust so that your not second guessing their methods.

    Morning guys, did my back rehab yesterday and I was super super stiff. Then I played tennis for 2 hours which I was pretty tired for, got home ate and went off to work. Fairly quiet day all round which I didn’t mind because I felt exhausted. Had an early night and I slept well I’m feeling a lot better today. Up early for my back rehab, might train this afternoon will see..

    Hey buddy! You can divide them up equally around the day or you can eat a little more in the meals around your training times. Either way is fine. I agree with the lads about the post workout nutrition and yoghurt!

    Morning guys! Had a tough day yesterday! I did my rehab early in the morning then played tennis from 8-9am. I had a league tennis match at 12noon which was tough. It was a lot hotter and sunnier than I thought it would be. The match went to 3 set tie break and lasted 3 hours long so I was pretty beat up after. I did manage to get the win but I was unhappy with my performance. It seems the nerves really kicked in. Got home and layed down for a bit then I started to get really bad cramps in my hamstrings and adductors. I had a hot salt bath and somefhing to eat and felt a little better. I went to the driving range with my cousin in the evening and hit some balls which was fun, got home and ate and pretty much went to bed. I woke up in the night with really bad hamstring cramps again so I didn’t sleep well at all! Up early today for mt back rehab but my back is really sore today.

    Hey buddy! Bottom line is that anything is always possible! For me sadly I have tried to recover my natural test levels many times and I have not yet succeeded. However I will keep trying. It’s very much person dependant!

    Morning guys! Had a busy day at work yesterday! Smashed a good back workout down at kings kitchen in the afternoon. Then ate and played tennis in the evening! Had dinner and tried to Tryna semi early night. Didn’t sleep great but still up early today for my back rehab. Playing tennis this morning too then a match this afternoon. Likely won’t get in the gym today.

    Hi George, if you feel like you need a deload then yes now is probably a good time! Take the deload, ease your way back in then next week when your feeling 100% you’ll be able to get back to progressing lifts!
