Hey guys! I was up early today for work! Just stopped and ate my second meal and had a coffee now I’m gonna head to the gym! Back to work after then playing tennis this evening!

Hey buddy! I would probably do 4 rotations myself. This will vary your workouts a little more and give you time to recover from certain lifts so that you can improve them.

Morning guys! Had a chilled day yesterday! Got up early and trained then relaxed in the afternoon watching the rugby! Went to virtual golf and for a few drinks in the evening! Family day today!

Hey guys! Had an early start yesterday! Rehab done then smashed a good tennis workout! I was busy at work so didn’t make it to the gym. Went out for dinner and a few drinks in the evening!

Hey buddy! To be honest I don’t know. I don’t see why they would take a few sachets of powder off of you. If it was me I would pack a couple of sachets in my hand luggage and hope for the best. You don’t really have many other options anyway! Other than that I wouldn’t worry about it too much mate it’s one day get it over work and get straight back on track soon as you land! Also have a great time!

Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday! I had a pretty busy day at work which meant I didn’t make it to the gym but I had an excellent tennis session for an hour in the late afternoon. It was pissinf down but my level of tennis was pretty good! Went out for dinner in the evening then pretty much went to sleep!! Up early again today for back rehab!

Hey mate! I would recommend staying at 200mg dosage for as long as possible. I do believe you can still make gains using the same cycle on and on. Yes eventually you may need to increase however you should stay as low as possible for as long as you can!

Morning guys! Had a chilled day yesterday! Got my rehab done early then went and played an hour of good intense tennis. Came home and ate then went off to work. Chilled in the afternoon/ evening. Up early today for rehab again hoping to get in the gym this afternoon!

Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday! I went out to work early then managed to hit a nice arm session in the afternoon at kings Croydon. Came home and ate then went to play tennis for a few hours in the evening which was great! Had a decent kip and was up early for my back rehab this morning!

Hey buddy! I am not a huge fan of bands. Personally I would pull back weight and get stronger in the hole. You’ll be able to build up strength and leg development this way in those weaker areas!

Hey guys! I spent most of yesterday in London at an esports event which was great! I got back late and got rushed to work! Had a very later dinner out at about 10.30pm some Persian food then made my way home! I chilled a little before bed to let it digest! Slept in a bit today then got called out to work!
