Morning guys! Had a surprisingly busy day at work yesterday! I did my back rehab early and then played tennis for 90 mins. I didn’t have any work booked but out of nowhere the schedule got extremely busy! Didn’t get home until around 6pm and I was working all day! Popped to the cinema in the evening which was nice!

Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday! I got up early and got my rehab work done then I came home and ate. Work was quiet so I layed down for a while because my legs we’re feeling heavy. Eventually went off to work and got back in the late afternoon! Played tennis for a few hours in the evening then chilled! Up early again today for rehab!

Morning guys! Another productive day yesterday! I did my rehab early then played some tennis. Worked then hit a nice back session at Bodyheat gym Caterham with James which was really good! Came home and chilled after. Popped to tennis for 1 set in the evening then got called to work. Got in pretty late and went to bed! Productive day overall!

I’m terms of training 4 days a week also will be dependant on your recovery! I think 4/5 days a week training is fine with 2/3 rest days. You can definitely adjust those rest days to suit how your recovery is once you start the plan.

Morning guys! Had a busy day yesterday as always! I worked in the morning after my rehab work then I went to the gym and hit a nice push session! Shifted some decent weight it was a great workout! After I went back to work then hit the cinema in the evening with James! Up early again today for rehab then gonna hit some tennis!

Morning guys! Had a mega busy one at work yesterday! Stopped for lunch in the afternoon for my mates birthday then went back to work! Worked till the late evening then went and played a set of tennis which was good. Got home and ate and went to sleep fairly early. I’m up super early today to get some rehab work done!

Morning guys! Got called up to a league tennis match for my club against Dulwich yesterday morning so was up pretty early headed over there to play. Men’s doubles, we lost both matches but I was happy with the level of play. I was pretty exhausted after as we played in the heat for around 3 hours intense tennis. I chilled in the afternoon then got called to work in the evening. Stayed up late watching the us open final. Slept in a little today now I’m working!

Hey guys! Had a really busy morning at work yesterday! Stopped for a coffee and sandwich for lunch then hit around 2 hours of tennis or so! Chilled in the evening watching the rugby and then the tennis! Up early today for tennis again!
