    Morning guys! Was pretty shattered yesterday so rested from gym, had a fairly busy day at work then played tennis for around 90 mins in the evening! It’s pretty hard to play in the heat even when it’s in the evening! Up early today for my rehab work then off to work. Hoping to hit some Delts later today!

    Hey buddy! Personally I like doing 2/3 sets per exercise! I will still lift as heavy as possible with good form and train to complete failure!

    Hey guys! Had a busy ass day yesterday! I did my rehab work in the morning then went off to work! Smashed a little back session in the afternoon then played tennis for an hour. Worked in the evening then went out to Goodmans steakhouse in Mayfair for dinner in the evening! Got back super late so I am shattered today!

    Hey guys! Had a solid day Tuesday! Was up early doing my rehab and a little cardio! Came home and ate then hit an hour of tennis drills. Then worked and trained some chest in the afternoon then hit a solid tennis session in the evening again which was good.

    Hey buddy! Pics look great! I always had good results with push, pull off legs off, I would just rotate that as I think that’s more than enough rest days if your training at full capacity.

    Morning guys! Had a long day travelling back to London yesterday! Lots of traffic. Got back in the late afternoon and went and played a set of tennis. I wasn’t playing great to be honest so I left after one set. I was really tight and couldn’t hit properly so I lost the set. Went home and made dinner and chilled. Up super early today to get to the gym and get some rehab going for my back. My fasted weight was 88.8kg which is super heavy for me so I’m going to clean up my diet and get my fasted cardio a bit more consistent.

    Hey buddy! It is upto you really! I would likely pull atkeast a bagel out of meal 1. Some people like to have low carbs during the morning/ daytime then have them at night. Others like to do it the other way round. You could also just have smaller amounts of carbs with each meal in the day.

    Morning guys! Had a nice day in Cheltenham yesterday! Found a nice coffee place to have some brunch! Then went to a nice park. Found a lovely pub in the afternoon and had a nice roast and some pints. Then chilled in the evening at the cottage playing games. Heading back to London today!

    Hey buddy! Where in your workout are you doing this movement? Are you doing any rehab before your workouts? Might be an idea to start off with 10 mins of mobility work beforehand.

    Hey guys! Had a little lay in yesterday as I’ve been up super early all week! Drive up to Gloucester, spending a few days here! Went out for pizza in the evening! Up fairly early today heading into Cheltenham for the day!

    Hey buddy! I would do it on leg day. However I would rotate it each workout with a heavy squat movement so your giving your lower back a bit of a rest inbetween leg workouts.

    Morning guys! I had a very very long day yesterday! No time for gym or tennis! I was up at 6 dropping my parents to the airport then went straight to work and worked all the way through until around 6pm with no breaks! A lot of driving around different parts of London for work so was feeling pretty exhausted! Came home and chilled for a little while and got some food in then got called back out to work! Slept in a little today, going away for the weekend with family so be back in the gym Tuesday!

    Hey buddy! I don’t actually like using either! I still belive if you push hard enough or tweak your nutrition/ cardio well enough you can get pretty peeled without any of these. If I had to pick one to use I would choose Clen at a low dose.
