Hey guys! Yesterday was very long day at work. Had a doubles match scheduled for 5.30pm and played until around 9.30pm! So a very long winded session! Was up early at 6am today to drop my parents to the airport!

Hey buddy! I would really just strip back your load here and focus on driving your knees outwards. Ofcourse working on mobility will improve this also but I think you really need to focus mentally on driving those knees out when your performing your squats. You may have to strip back the wait a fair amount to do so but you will get stronger with this new safer form.

Morning guys! Had a busy day yesterday with family! Didn’t manage to train I was too busy! Managed to get a few sets of tennis in late evening which was good. My ankle is a little sore but I wanted to keep some blood going into it. Another family day today but I will try and get in the gym in the late afternoon!

Hey buddy! I’m pretty sure all anabolics can cause/ enhance any form anxiety. Especially if it’s a pre existing issue. I would personally suggest not using any anabolics, getting bloods done and making sure everything is in healthy range!

Hey guys! Had a busy day yesterday! I did plan on going gym but I got stuck at work. Played tennis in the morning then went back late and played! Rolled my ankle so feeling a bit banged up today!

Hi Jonathan, I don’t see why either wouldn’t work. You could even interchange pulling and pressing movements. Try all 3 ways and see what you like and feels best and stick with that.

Morning guys! Had a fairly relaxed day yesterday as I didn’t feel like doing anything. I went to work in the late afternoon then played a few sets of tennis in the evening. Got called to hospital for family in the night so I got home pretty late. Quite tired today, woke up early to play tennis.

Hey mate, I’m my opinion this is the perfect amount to increase per week! Any more is not going to be good weight! Just keep an eye on things. You’ll know when you need to pull back.LouisMoylan

Morning guys! Had a chilled day yesterday! Played some intense tennis in the afternoon which was great then chilled again in the evening. Woke up feeling a bit mentally drained today and work is quiet. The gym likely is going to be packed so I decided to give it a miss. I’m going to hit some tennis later but resting from gym today.

Hey buddy! Firstly this may sound stupid but you need to make sure your strapping to your bar correctly! Secondly I would start trying to perform exercises without straps to improve your own grip strength. Over this this should help, you’ll need to keep gripping as hard as you can in order to improve that!

Was up early for work Saturday then hit a really good arm workout with James and The Real Deal in the afternoon! Chilled in the evening getting meals in!

Hey guys! Friday was a write off! I worked from 6am to 3pm then had to be at an engagement party in London at 4 so rushed over and had a nice evening there! Obviously no time to train but had a great time!
